Baller aupatking Posted July 10, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 10, 2015 Anyone know of a school running the TXi in Florida?
Baller Stevie Boy Posted July 10, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 10, 2015 Not sure but I think June Fladborg and Tom Asher may run one, very nice people with lots of knowledge. Details: http://www.activeskiing.com/ The only other option I can think of is Tgas (Thomas Degasperi ) at the back of Disney on Lake Sharpe http://thomasdegasperi.com

Baller aupatking Posted July 14, 2015 Author Baller Share Posted July 14, 2015 Thanks guys. I'm wanting to ski everything before buying my next boat. Those Malibu's are good looking boats, but haven't found one around to ski or drive. It's really gonna be tough though. I love the 200 and the CP is almost an impossible deal to beat. Any schools running them? The CP that is
Baller oldjeep Posted July 14, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 14, 2015 Also try contacting the local promo guy(s) for each brand you are looking at. Looks like there is a cp in west palm beach. http://centurionboats.com/promo-driver-directory/
Baller 6balls Posted July 14, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 14, 2015 Saw this one last night...I'm a sucker for red and black. Low hours. I sure enjoy skiing/driving the Txi. No need for the big motor the 350 SS is very strong. Have not skied one with tower not sure how much adverse effect but I'm sure some. http://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?endless=summer&topic=Search&category=Comp_Boat&postid=33087

Nick Sullivan
You can buy my 200 and we'll deliver it!
Baller wolfgang Posted July 14, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 14, 2015 @6balls , I have that exact same tower on our LXI. It doesn't interfere at all with skiing, but I have bumped my head.....the kids like to dive off it! There is no problem at all IMO
Baller Ilivetoski Posted July 14, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 14, 2015 @6balls I just skied that boat in paducah. It is a GREAT boat.
bogboy
@aupatking, the new mastercraft skis really well too. I skied behind it a few weeks ago at radar. nice small, foamy wakes.
Baller escmanaze Posted July 15, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 15, 2015 @6balls what adverse effect would you think might happen because of the tower? Are you just saying the extra 50 pounds of weight would make the wake worse?
Baller 6balls Posted July 15, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 15, 2015 @escmanaze yes thinking weight which matters a lot. I have to think towers are well more than 50 lbs...my guess is 150 lbs.
Baller oldjeep Posted July 16, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 16, 2015 If weight matters that much you would think that drivers would be skinnier;) I'd be more concerned with slamming my forehead into that short tower, even in my boat my hair rubs and my son has to duck.
