  1. exciting! How am I going to explain going to the next demo days, when I bought a '19' 11 months ago?
  2. @AdamCord, great talking to you today Adam, and thanks for the skiing pointers. The ski sizing is really interesting. Small, medium, large,= same length, different widths. Great to see you ski into 41 off, the Denali looks really good. Maybe see you tomorrow, if your up there.
  3. Fun skiing with you today @Rednucleus.
  4. Hey guys, happy March, happy skiing. @Dirt, you rock, dude. Thanks for your pointers at L.Z. A while back.
  5. @burechsr, I've got a like new (new factory warranty replacement) HO Omni Syndicate 69" with only a few sets on it. it is a great ski. I'll give you a good price on it. I think you will like it.
  6. @SailorDave17, hi sailor Dave, if your interested, I have a 2018 69" like new Omni syndicate that I have only skied a few sets on, that I can sell to you. The reason that it is so new is because I skied on my first Omni for about 3 or 4 months, and it was just replaced because of a defect. ( excellent customer service). I live in the Seattle area. Anyway, good luck.
  7. @foxriverat, I have a just replaced, like new 2018. Please message me.
  8. Thank you @brooks, and @Eddie Roberts for the fantastic demo day on radar lake today, and your coaching, Brooks. The senate pro felt great, and I'm really looking forward to progressing on it, starting tomorrow!
  9. @Jaypro, congrats! Great sk, and great skiing!
  10. Is the performance curve flattening a bit from model to model, or is still lots of room for future improvement?
  11. @Horton, exciting review. Did you do all your testing at 34m.p.h.? Is the syndicate Omni a good 34 m.p.h. Ski? Do you think it turns tighter/snappier at the ball than the tx/cx superlite? Thank you.
  12. Second what scotchipman said. You're favorite gloves soaked in hot water (with feet and bindings) works really good in 36 degree water for the set.
  13. @Hortonski we ski with J.K., she mentioned that. Ha ha.
  14. @Rsearle, I think a good cross ski, like the senate, Omni, or v would be a great choice. They have a very wide performance envelope, and are available in different build price points. Good luck, and have fun.
  15. Agree with 6balls, keep the the one with the wake that you like to ski behind the most. You should be very proud of all your skillful work. The hydrodyne looks absolutely amazing... both classic and modern at the same time.
  16. @Kellen417, this might be a stupid question, but is the fin upside down, or is that an optical illusion?
  17. Very inspiring, Love watching this ski-up, core proud skiing.
  18. Edge, angle, and urgency, & stingy with handle, low.
  19. Wettek69, hi, I haven't commented yet, to see what others would say, but here it is. You're question on the cx sl, vs. the Omni syndicate is a great and relevant question for a lot of us. I have skied on the cx sl for about 2 1/2 years now, and I have been making small, but steady improvements. My previous skis were the triumph, tx stepped, and tx stepped sl. A few months ago, I put my bindings on a Omni syndicate 67" (6'2" 180 lb) that was in our clubhouse, and took it for a set. I really liked it, and think it will be my next ski. I pretty much immediately matched my cx sl performance, plus I noticed an extra burst of speed and width, with a nice carve that was probably better than the cx sl. Weeks later, Dave w. told me that the ski I tried was a prototype, and the production Omni syndicates will be even better. He has also seen me ski for a few years now and he recommended the Omni syndicate to me over the next 2 syndicates. Since I like bigger skis, I will probably try a 69" also. Hope this helps. Good luck, and have fun.
