@Daddyodaman, I think the tx, and cx are great skiis, and that you can get agressive, and grow into your tx. Ski it and enjoy it.

Just rigged my extension cord today with my heater on low, with engine box, and spotter seat tilted up, so I don't trip a breaker.

I am thinking that winter skiing is maintainance, skiing often, working on fundamentals, and hoping that spring brings a chance of personal improvement.

Let's hope for a reversal trend of over reaching Eco regulations.

@SpartanSki, not sure if this is your exact folding tongue problem, but I recently had to cut away some rubber/vinal surround with a razor blade,between the channel fittings, and the swing system works fine again. Hope this helps.

@roger, that's a beautiful boat! I had the pleasure of skiing behind a new mc during a brooks brothers lesson this summer, and I thought the wake was really nice and small, and soft. Congrats.

I think it's easier to go wild with a boat. Not so much with a car.

@Howa1500, I really like my 69" cx sl. It is the best overall ski I have owned so far.

@CParrish43, I am comming off of a 7 week ligament tear rehab, and I have been skiing at 30 mph, trying to keep my hips forward, and chest up, to not reinjure, and gain confidence. I remember, and appreciate your past lessons. Best of luck to you.

@gsm_peter, I hear ya. I have only been able to make baby step progress, for the last 2 years, skiing 12 months per year. At least I have been generally making forward progress, but not always. Winters are kind of slight negative progress/ maintainance, until it starts warming up again. This spring I had good success, using the zerro off free ski mode, and adding .2 or .3 m.p.h. For each pass. That way, I can work on body position, and the increased speed per pass is not a problem. Until about 3 wheels ago, when I abandoned the increment skiing, and started at 30, -15, 32,-15, then got a p.b. 6 @ 34, -15, and crashed at 6 ball, and stretched and tore some ligaments. I have been kind of depressed, because the doctor told me no skiing until sept. 1. I will then start again, and ski, ski, ski., but try to be more careful. I don't know what to say, other than keep skiing, and do the best you can. Good luck.

@Tdub, you most likely have a flat 5 plug on your ramlin. I also have a 15 f150. It comes standard with a built in 7 round, and a flat 4 on the bumper, but not a flat 5. What I got was a 7 round to flat 5 adaptor, so the reverse wire surge lockout works when you put the f150 in reverse. The 7 round to flat 5 adaptor can be hard to find in auto stores, but I found one on line. Hope this helps.

@aupatking, the new mastercraft skis really well too. I skied behind it a few weeks ago at radar. nice small, foamy wakes.
