Baller MrJones Posted June 6, 2016 Baller Share Posted June 6, 2016 MS looked really good. I was on the tower for it any couldn't believe my eyes. Totally should have run it. He deserves a hard time as always, but the dude is skiing well! I wasn't on the tower for Miller's 41, but I saw the second half of it from the end of the lake. I was switching bindings on a ski when I heard someone say "he's outta two". When I looked up and saw 3 and 4 ball I thought he was going out the end of it easy. Just got excited at 5. By the way, he didn't get in until 3:00 am on Saturday morning due to flight delays and did that on only a few hours of sleep. As for my usual "whatever at 41"... not! I only got through 39 1 time in tournament last year. In fact, about a month ago I was very seriously considering taking the summer off. More about this on the "2016 Vapor" thread when I have more time to type. A great weekend at Cottonwood though! Young Boy's 2 skier Zachary Whetstone set it off for me. I was boat judge Saturday morning when he dropped at the end of his first pass and asked "what time is it?" I told him about 11:30. He said "11:30! What a great time to be skiing!!" Prolly skied in a dry suit last week comes all the way to Bossier City in the trunk of a plane prolly a stowaway! Works his butt off all weekend, drinks more beer than the rest of you combined not sure if he can get a flight back home, takes crap from every body on site,has to be the half empty water bottle Natzi, Skies his but off every round, keeps the kids entertained! You got my respect big dawg! Now please quit leaving your underware hanging on the door handle of my truck! Great skiing! He didn't quit at 5 either he was going to go for six on his face with or without the ski with one hand but lost the handle just before the wake! I think that MS coming down here to the South semi-regularly for the past 10 years is helping him gain as sense of civility and manners. He drops the "F bomb" with much less frequency in front of small children than he used to. He manages to only offend a few people that he meets instead of all the people that he meets.
