Try getting a place like that on the Butler chain of lakes in Windermere FL just outside of Orlando. What's awesome about The Reserves lake is the size. Fits 2 slalom courses side by side. Pick your course depending on wind. Not that it's much of an issue with 100'+ pine trees all the way around. Lake is deep and you can see 15 feet down or more it's so clear. It skis like no other.
