Been watching junior tricks for about 15 minutes. They are doing a nice job with the webcast. Not locking up and the announcers are interesting.

Some one did something as soon as the info that the web cast reception was far from great it became great right at the end of women's slalom. River level was at an extreme low so conditions were perfect, well as perfect as the yarra can be. Watching on a hd big screen is not same as being there but close! Well closer to the beer cooler anyway.

What happened yesterday with men's jump? I saw some reference to Freddy taking a fall, not seen the details.

Jump 1 Freddy went so far out the front it turned into a flip so I guess it wasn’t a bad crash because his next jump was the longest of the day @ 225 ft.

are there webcast replays online? hard to watch with 3 commercials in between every pass.

Steve-O My resident jump expert watched the video and said Freddy pre-kicked the Exp-lenitive out of it and went out the front full roll and dang near landed on his skis! I seen it and said wow!! that one's gonna hurt!! Freddy is a super Hero though, Strapped em back on and went and set the bar very high for the one that followed him! top seed next round.

Webcast is painful. I am yet to see a whole slalom pass without the stream freezing.

Webcast was cutting out every five seconds for me as well.

Tried using the ustream app and now plays continuously....

havent seen the latest ones but the first day slalom with the youngsters was quite flawless without any disrupt or lagg but an early 04.00 here in Swe makes it almost impossible to follow without ruin the day after
