Baller Tkl127 Posted June 1, 2018 Author Baller Report Posted June 1, 2018 Team edition - includes Zero Off
Baller Not_The_Pug Posted June 1, 2018 Baller Report Posted June 1, 2018 @Tkl127 They are giving you a hard time. Perfect Pass is no longer used in tournaments boats since 2008. The speed control system is Zero Off now.
Baller Tkl127 Posted June 2, 2018 Author Baller Report Posted June 2, 2018 Thx Krlee! Forgot who my audience was on this site. You’d be amazed how many people ask me about Perfect Pass - so simply just added it in my description.
Baller 6balls Posted June 3, 2018 Baller Report Posted June 3, 2018 I'm such a sucker for red/black...not to mention big motors. Gorgeous boat good luck on the sale.
Baller Tkl127 Posted June 15, 2018 Author Baller Report Posted June 15, 2018 Still for sale. Lots of interest! Please send me a message if questions or would like to schedule time to ski it. Thx
Baller Tkl127 Posted August 19, 2018 Author Baller Report Posted August 19, 2018 36hrs Like new Sharp set up
Baller rockdog Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 Love that you got a new one @Tkl127 but WOW, there is the stark reality in those two pics of the new model vs a pic of the probably the nicest 200 I've seen. Shit the new one is ugly.
Baller ntx Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 The person in charge of the design of the exterior of this boat should never be allowed to lead another project again. Shame on correct craft.
Baller skierjp Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 Best looking boat out there. Once you have one and use it you will understand. I use both the 18 and the 19. The 19 is on a complete different level in every way compared to the 18.
Baller ntx Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 @skierjp I completley agree with you that they did a GREAT job with the FUNCTIONAL features of the boat. I withheld my opinion till I had a chance to see one up close and personal. At nationals, I had that chance. My initial thoughts were confirmed. To quote another skier I was having a conversation with. "When that boat is coming toward you, it has a face only a mother can love" I was eating lunch, and choked on my food laughing so hard. I did get to ride in it pulling pin for several trickers. The interior was very well laid out and the functional features looked spot on. Props for that. The exterior not so much. Having a 200 now, and at least eight other Nautiques, not sure we will ever see one of these in our boat house. Even with the best features, I can't get past the looks. I keep seeing that face.
Baller skierjp Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 I think when you look at the 18 and the 19 side be side the 18 looks so dated. The looks of the 19 dramatically change with certain colors and there placement. I think the hull color needs to wrap up around the bow and into the interior. Some colors show off all the angles better then others. I've had 35 boats and this is the best so far.
Baller APB Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 Once the changes come it will be better. My guess is they will lose the upholstery on the exterior and get rid of all the spots for the Eva peels and wears out from the rope. That motor box and look like crap in one year. The 200 is and will still be the boat from nautique.
Baller LoopSki Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 I don't get the function of the rear of the boat. It's odd looking for sure.
Baller Chef23 Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 Don't rain on @Tkl127 's parade. He has an awesome new 2019 Nautique and all you guys are doing is bitching about it. To me it looks awesome and I am jealous I would love for it to be my boat.
Baller Drago Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 What @Chef23 said. Sheesh guys, put your comments in the other thread. @LoopSki the back is where you get on the deck, put your ski on, and go skiing.
Baller skierjp Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 So far no wear on my Seadek or any of my Promo Team members. Still looks like new.
Baller Not_The_Pug Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 @loopski the back of the boat is very functional. It can be used anyway you imagine. You can use the upper part as a seat while adjusting the ski or putting on your gloves. The middle is a great step over. Getting on the back of the boat from the dock, you step on the very top seadeck then onto the next step then onto the platform. Moving around the boat, you can now step anywhere to make it convenient and not worry about fiberglass. I always really liked the 200 look, but now the 19 has really grown on me and find more little features that I think really work well.
Baller liquid d Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 The step through back?! Best thing since sliced bread! or 2001 Infinity....
Baller lakeaustinskier Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 The back of the 19 is much more functional than the 200s. Sitting on that little insert on my 200 before I drop into the water drives me nuts.
Baller Ed_Johnson Posted August 31, 2018 Baller Report Posted August 31, 2018 Anyone unhappy with the look of their 19, I would be glad to trade my 200 Team 6L. Same colors as the one in the beginning of this thread. Congrats to @Tkl127 .... Red and Black are my favorites.
