Baller Robbo5252 Posted July 25, 2018 Baller Share Posted July 25, 2018 With around 9 weeks until our ski season starts in Australia, I thought it was time to start ramping up the fitness in the gym, in preparation for the start of the season. Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a gym program aimed at slalom skiiers? If not, who to speak to in getting one tailored. Cheers Robbo

Baller_ lpskier Posted July 25, 2018 Baller_ Share Posted July 25, 2018 I used programs designed by @bkreis in my home gym for years. Although I’ve since moved to a personal trainer in a gym and gone to a much heavier weight workout, Brian’s program was exactly what I needed at the time. I did a twelve week winter program, alternating Brian’s three day a week program with weights with a three day a week cardio program on a bike. I was always fit and strong at the beginning of the season. I highly recommend him and his program. Lpskier

Members Greg Banish
I train year round with a Masters Swimming club. I'm not sure what the Australian equivalent is, but it's zero impact training that will absolutely bust your butt and help promote a strong back/core. Baller ballsohard Posted August 24, 2018 Baller Share Posted August 24, 2018 I notice that it helps my coordination and arm strength if I lift up bud light cans as many times a day as possible.
