Off-season Gym Workouts/Plans

With around 9 weeks until our ski season starts in Australia, I thought it was time to start ramping up the fitness in the gym, in preparation for the start of the season.

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a gym program aimed at slalom skiiers? If not, who to speak to in getting one tailored.

I used programs designed by @bkreis in my home gym for years. Although I’ve since moved to a personal trainer in a gym and gone to a much heavier weight workout, Brian’s program was exactly what I needed at the time. I did a twelve week winter program, alternating Brian’s three day a week program with weights with a three day a week cardio program on a bike. I was always fit and strong at the beginning of the season. I highly recommend him and his program.
