Baller jcamp Posted July 30, 2018 Baller Share Posted July 30, 2018 I drew a Mastercraft for Regionals and Nationals. I love the feel of the Prostar 6.2 but we skied behind the 5.7 at Regionals last week. That boat just didn't feel like it was "there" for me as I hooked up out of the turn and began to get into my lean. I usually use C2 as my ZO setting. If we get the 5.7 at Nationals, should I move up to C3? Anybody know how to find out which engine we'll have at Nationals?
markchilcutt
@jcamp I own a 6.2 at high elevation (5000 ft) and run the 4 blade prop. I skied a 5.7 or it might have been the 5.3 at (3000 ft) it also had the 4 blade prop a few weeks ago. I used B2 on both boats could not tell much of a difference at all and skied right up to my practice average 5 @-35 34mph.
Baller_ The_MS Posted July 31, 2018 Baller_ Share Posted July 31, 2018 @jcamp I would go to B2 if C2 don’t feel good on first pass
