Terry Winter’s West coast Waterski Technique

Anyone have this dvd they would be interested in selling? Just got my first ski, and heard this is a good resource to look into.

 

Any other suggestions are welcomed (especially if they’re free/youtube based).

3kids five and under, time and money are elusive. lol. 10 years ago, for sure. jumped into the sport a little late.

Where do you live? Start by meeting and skiing with fellow ballers. If professional lessons are not available, fellow skiers are a great resource and make pretty darn good coaches for less blessed skiers! (like me)

I'd just be very curious if @MarcusBrown or Terry would recommend that video for you starting out skiing.

@BraceMaker you mean the ”West Coast Slalom Advanced” DVD? Pretty sure both Marcus and Terry feel their methods were not communicated accurately in that video. I would not recommend that video to anyone.

@Horton correct the poster I feel is looking for that dvd.

While the video certainly over does it, and had some bazar ideas, it helped me break some bad habits. I was severely closed to the boat with my shoulders and breaking at the waist alot. It cured me of the problem and allowed me to be more centered on the ski. Also watching the footage of both Marcus and Terry is just amazing. Wish it was in HD
