what #s are you running how fast are you skiing and what line length

2.452, 6.920. .750 29 1/4 front boot. tourney average is about 3@38 at 34. I run it in practice some. I stink right now

big T length is ok add.040 to depth move fin back to .710 bindings ok maybe back 1/8 try 9 deg and go from there good luck you'll love it

Been on the 18 NRG for the last year, and wondering if anyone has gone from an 18 to a 19 R1, and what they feel the differences are ?? THX

I have been waiting for Demos at Performance, but they are selling them as fast as they come in for both the R1 and the EVO.

D3 said they couldn't keep them EVO-S and NRG R1 in stock. I thought we would've been hearing numerous reviews by now with that many going out.

@ISP6ball for full transparency I am a D3 demo guy and in the last 6 weeks in my little reach over a dozen people have moved onto the NRG, EVO and EVO S...from all other brands. Depending on HOW you ski depends on which ski will work best for you. They are all super easy to jump on, great stable platform that doesn't do anything suprising, fin/binding adjustments are minimal and most people are running same or greater practice scores easier and cleaner.

@MickeyThompson I've kind of figured it out based on current ski, and how one skis on it and a description of what a skier likes to feel at the finish of a turn

@jayski - I know it would take some time, but writing out some of those observations may help others make a better educated guess at which model to try 1st.

@ToddL I could generalize it but I think it would not be a good enough guideline, ultimately seeing someone ski is best but from verbal descriptions and discussions one could fairly confidently conclude which way to go. Anyone wanting to Sherlock Holmes their path feel free to send me a PM
