ATTENTION CENTRAL TEXAS SKIERS: Stolen Equipment

Unfortunately a fellow skier in Austin, TX had their car stolen with all their ski gear inside. Luckily the car has been recovered, but ALL of their ski gear is missing.

 

D3 XT Rubber edge Trick ski (Red/blue/grey)

Masterline trick handle & rope (Red/Black)

Radar Vapor lithium Slalom ski (Pink/Black)

Life Jacket Liquid Force (Blue/White)

Reflex boot & Liner

Check pawn shops in the area, I would be willing to bet they pawned the ski gear

I would check Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace as well.

I cannot believe that this would becarried out by anybody in the water ski community, so clearly , I would not think they would would know exactly what they have, I know they could probably google it, but then they have to work out where they could possibly sell it, not sure if a pawn shop would be that interested, maybe the skis, the trick ski being the easiest to sell.

@Stevie Boy my wife had her 3 event gear stolen years back from the back of her dads truck, guess where they found it, yep a pawn shop. Thieves are pretty predictable they want money as fast as they can get it and publicizing their stolen goods on social media isn’t exactly fast and easy money
