Baller AdamCord Posted January 28, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 28, 2020 We got some drone footage of Caldwell a few weeks ago. I think it's worth talking about it here because it gives some really good views of what he and I have been trying to convey over the last couple years. Specifically you can get some good looks at what his timing and gate angle look like, how early he gets the ski out of angle through the transition, and as a result how he's able to stay connected until a very high point on the boat. He doesn't have a lot of extra movement here and you can see how tall he gets off the ski behind the boat. He's a lot like CP in that he keeps it simple in that regard. There are some 32-38 off passes here but I think it's mostly 39s and 41s.
Baller BobF Posted January 28, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 28, 2020 Wow, having a hard time even getting past that first one ball! Must've backed it up 10 times. Wicked awesome.

Baller lakeaustinskier Posted January 28, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 28, 2020 Simple, quiet body with minimal movement. Love this video.
Baller Adam Caldwell Posted January 29, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 29, 2020 The pass at the 5:30 mark shows the gate timing the best from directly overhead of a 39pass. @bobF - that first clip at the start is actually a 3ball...also at 39. What I am most impressed by in this footage is @9400 driving skills.
Baller 9400 Posted January 29, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 29, 2020 1) would trade the driving skills for the skiing skills in a heartbeat. 2)I couldn’t ask for a better ski partner. 3) I love the video. 4) I love the C-75 even more.
