If I recall correctly, this should tie the Midwest Tournament Record for M3, which predates ZO and Sure-Path.  Awesome skiing!

 

Edited:  One thing I forgot:  his opener was -38.

Cale is, and has been, perhaps the most "under the radar"  skier around.  He's just good. Take a look at his OM scores, if you're not familiar with him.

Pretty amazing skiing. Great guy and humble too. 

He's had a heck of a ski career through the years.

Looking at the pictures, how tall is he? Hard to tell. Pretty interesting in the discussions about 41 and 43. image.jpeg

@scoke, I could be wrong, but he seems to be in the 5' 10'  to 5' 11" neighborhood, from my recollection standing next to him on the dock.

Very Talented Overall skier too. ask him who taught him his flips! or at least his first flip 😆

tricks over 5k , jumps right at 200 feet... very strong mm/m3/open men overall skier!
