    Rev issue.

That is the correct impeller for a GT-40 engine.
  2. @Ed_Obermeier NuFInish is a polish, not a wax. I use NuFinish annually followed up with Mothers carnuba wax. A good combination.
  3. Autozone, Pep Boys, tractor Supply. Available practically everywhere.
  4. Hey @Marco I had minor surgery 5 years ago to insert ReStor lenses in my eyes. Well worth the surgery, I have 20/20 now distance and reading. Best decision I ever made. The swim goggles from Academy kept me skiing.
  5. @B_S you can find Rotelka 15-40 most anyplace from Wal Mart to Tractor Supply. Never had a problem.
  6. I use a pair of swim googles (tinted) from Academy Sports, put some Rain X on them to eliminate water spots. Work great.
  7. And you only paid $.25 per gallon to purchase non ethanol gas. "High test was $.27/ gallon!
  8. I've never had a problem using a drill pump. Get 2 quarts out in 4-5 minutes. Purchased drill pump.
  9. I have a 2004 SN Limited Edition. Purchased a Carver cover through Overtons for about $500. It's Sunbrella so it has great breath ability and is holding up well after 7 years. My boat is under a covered dock and I can't tell any wear pattern so far. Highly recommended as I previously owned several cheaper covers that always caused mildew.
  10. I have always been totally satisfied with the PO support. $150 is a drop in the bucket on what I spend on waterski gear annually. Glad that PP is continuing to support thaw SG product. From looking at the ZO puck failures etc it seems that they are pricing the upgrade fairly. YMMV.
  11. no worries, site works and new board shorts are on the way.
  12. OK, miraculously the Radar Side is now viewable using iPad. Some good deals for sure!
  13. I can't see anything about Radar on my iPad.
  14. Shower for the skier, heater for the driver = happy crew.
  15. I have had a HeaterCraft heater in my 97 Ski Nautique and in my 2004 196. About every 5 years the heater cores start leaking. I simply remove the entire heater box, take it to my local radiator shop and they procure and install the core for me. Takes about 30 minutes to remove and install. Cost $50. Guy at the radiator shop says they fail due to bouncing around while going through chop. I really don't think it has anything to do with the water as my lake is very clean and doesn't have high iron content. This method also gets the heater back in service within 24 hours.
  16. @Horton, my mistake. I thought you went on Reflex from Radar this ski season after your bicep injury.
  17. Congratulations @Horton! You have proven that you have the ability to ski well on several different skis. Even more impressive is that you are doing it all on a totally different binding system.
  18. I went from Wiley's to Vector boots about 3 years ago. Much more comfortable. Ski better than Wiley's for me.
  19. Correct, a bit sluggish in the course.
  20. @LeonL is agree, 5.3 did not appear until 2016. Ran out of GT-40's in 2002.
  21. Distributor cap and rotor should be checked. Likely a bit of corrosion at 600 hours.
  22. I have a 2004 with the Excailbur 330. Plenty of power and doesn't use as much fuel as my previous GT 40. Hole shot is great with a Acme 422.
