  4. Ahahaha I took Normal train but it stops every single stations. It was feeling like forever to get to the lake every weekends. 3.5 hours each way. But now it’s only 15 minute away.
  5. 80miles when I was in college team. Had to take train right after my class finishes on Friday(around 7pm) then, 3 and half hours of train ride, arrive at station around half 10pm. sometimes we had to walk 3 miles to our club house after train ride. Start practice when the sun goes up and finish when the sun goes down. Earliest and longest was , Wake up at 3:40 ,start skiing from 4:30 , finish around 7 pm. It was tough schedule but also good memories.

  7. Loving my WF fin ! I hope more Japanese skiers get WFs!
  8. @MillerTime38 yes they do. I’ll meet them this weekend so will talk about you then.
  9. I just took a first set on WF today. I was very surprised how fast it was and tip of the ski stays down. Wider for the gate easily, and get lot of speed with little effort into the wakes. First 2 or 3 passes, i had to adjust the timing. I was very nervous about the fin and settings first but I was totally comfortable on last 3 passes. Even though I was kinda over-speed into the buoy, tip of the ski stayed down and just kept going. I just need to take couples of more sets to get used to it and see how I should tune my fin. I feel great potentials on this fin already and exited for season ahead! Thank you @SkiJay !
  10. That 32 with Whisper Fin looked a lot faster acceleration than stock fin.
  11. It's now releasable and adjustable.
  12. @SkiJay Did you get any order from Japan? I hope/think I'm the very first skier to introduce WhisperFin in Japan! AND will win the men's slalom title at Japan National!!
  13. Tried before once and ran 52k/18m with gates. I was proud of myself!
  14. How do you feel different between Masterline custom handle and In-Tow Spectra handle?
  15. I’m so excited to read all the reviews of Whisperfin( compared to CG fin) from now on!
  16. I was watching Moomba and saw Sacha was using yellow Connelly GT(maybe 2018). but Magic Malibu Pro Am from last year he was using GTR in Rd1 and Philosophy( if I remember the name right) was the ski for Rd2 and Final. Before the moomba, He ran 41off on GTR(it was posted on Instagram). What makes him to use so many different skis? All from Connelly but I'm sure that the ski designs are different. I'm curious.
  17. Same here... I do this every single my on side turn. I’m tired of it.. ugh s
  18. Trying to get out of Japanese level. We are(Japanese) too struggling at 15-32off.and so do I. Except Mr.Kurisawa who has Japanese mens slalom record at 4@39/10.75 (2005-6) Planning to Learn and understand more with @twhisper online video coaching from this spring. My goal for this year is run 32 with no problem and run into deep 35 and more than 2 at 38.
  19. How much is the shipping cost to Japan??
  20. @Killer It's a masterliness handle. I had used Boa-A but just didn't like it. Now I'm using Boa-K XS. It was so tight but now It's stretched so need to buy new one as well.
  21. @Rednucleus During summer season, I ski 4 days a week/2 sets a day maximum. in winter, 4 days a week/1 set a day. But I do all three events so sometimes more than that. We only have off season in January. @MS I use Radar Boa K. Isn't that kevlar ?
  22. @Stevie Boy I agree with you. I'll have to replace my gloves soon as well.
  23. @klindy I will buy the new one anyways so I'll try restring just for a challenge!
