  1. @Wish, thats my question as well. Sounds like a -28 (and shorter) only benefit. No benefit for longer lines and slower speeds...I guess??
  2. Shooting for July (maybe sooner) after December cervical fusion for me. Hopefully October for wife after April total hip replace. Don’t think 2018 is totally shot for us after all.
  3. Yes they are generally the same, just a bit longer. However if memory serves me right....the PS190 hull changed for ‘95 and later while the 205 didn’t adopt the change until ‘96. So I believe the sweet spot is 94-95 in the 205 due to fuel injection if you want the open bow.
  4. ‘94-‘95 MC 205 fuel injection and killer hull.
  5. I lay mine on the floor around the engine box for trailering.
  6. They are all gorgeous. I guess I’m old school...but if I did it again, I’d add some subtle black highlights to what I already have.
  7. @Horton I know you have a silver passion
  8. My c5-6 cervical work was something obscene like $70k. Thankfully my part was $2800.
  9. 5 weeks post surgery on a C5-6 ACDF. Mine was similar to @CParrish43...used a new polymer spacer with bone growth “encourager”. Man I feel so much better. All the dead spots and pain are gone! Can’t believe how much my body was compensating in those muscles until they could finally relax.
  10. Pretty sad. I was an avid reader from back in the days of Spray Magazine. BTW, does anyone remember this issue (March, 1978)
  11. @BrennanKMN I hear ya! 3 different boat shows in the Raleigh area throughout the year...I quit going a few years back when there were no more ski boats coming in. Just not interested in the offshore, bass and weekend wally’s.
  12. @6balls and all, thanks for the encouragement and feedback.
  13. Arrgh...just little disappointed. Definitely doesn’t get my juices flowing the same as when I bought my 25th limited in ‘93. I can remember back then thinking...”wow, wonder what the 50th will be like”
  14. Good luck! I also had the same done 22 years ago. Not a problem since. Took about 10 days to get over the abdomen soreness back then.
  15. Thx guys...had no clue that this condition (and fix) is not all that unusual. Sorta like buying a cool car...after you buy the car, you notice tons of others just like yours out on that highway.
  16. Symptoms include pain in both shoulders and upper arms, numbness, tingling and dead spots in thumbs and forearms. MRI shows no foraminal openings between c5 & c6...on either side, which is driving severe impingement to those nerve roots. Good news is no rupture to the disc, but it’s compressed to the point of slight impingement on the cord. 6 weeks PT didn’t touch it....not even sure why Dr wanted me to go through PT. Anyway, it’s time to get it fixed.
  17. Interesting...my surgery will be one level with disc removal. Instead of a bone graft, they are installing a polymer spacer with holes drilled in it that have some bone growth stuff. It’s all tied together with a titanium plate. Is this a hybrid of a the artificial disc?
  18. Thx guys...looking forward to getting this behind me
  19. Hey y’all... just scheduled 1 level fusion surgery on my c5-c6. Dr says after 6 weeks I’m back to all normal activities. But, no skiing for a year! Damn...that knocks me out for all of 2018. I’d like to hear your experience if you care to share. Thx
  20. @Buoyhead69, and all you other Quest jockies, what binding set up are using?
  21. Mine have come loose as well. What adhesive are you using?
