Lots of hood skis a available. Lots of good bindings in releasable or sone rubber bindings. I have both but prefer the rubber from D3. Lots of people have narrow views of what they like, but that does not mean what is best for them is best for you. Their are demo programs available that can help you try skis. Some ski shops will do that also. Sone ski companies will give you recommendations based on a chat that pops up or a phone call. The new fear is really excellent but there are brand differences. All the ski companies are going to have some good skis for some people. Lots of people here like Radar products but there not fir everyone. D3 by reputation works for lots of people. As I said try sone skis then buy.

Age 75 still water skiing. Still biking. Nordic skiing. Rowing. You will need to find things you enjoy. Then go easy. As you age perhaps 95 per cent of the time needs to be easy as you build and then stay that way even when healed. Age requires recovery time often and consistently. You intensity can be useful but should be short. This advice comes from those coaching Olympians, world and national champions of broad ages. Hard for many to back off as needed as they age but it works.

Enjoy your rowing shell. I tow a Bay 21 and love doing so.

I suggest you get the 67. Use it have fun. Learn then add speed and keep the 65 as you may be back on it in the future.

My wife use a Camaro Blacktech full suit. She requested That ask on the forum what might be a warmer suit as the water gets colder. Any advice appreciated.

Also for the Stokes is supposed to be dried with outside out not inside out. This time of year that takes two days. Camaro works fine inside out. Wondering what other do with Stokes.

I have this years Stokes Blachtech Camaro Titanium Camaro in the newer lighter weight. Also titanium in the older somewhat heavier weight. I have the new light Titanium in a long sleeved shorty. Also have it as just a titanium shirt. Impressive suits. For what your asking in my opinion, and owning them all, the newer lighter weight Titanium is by far the most flexible and lightest. It is my best suit when water is warmer which for me is maybe 65 to 70 plus. Great spring suit. Very light, flexible, great stretch. Stokes may be tougher but not as capable in the three things I mentioned. When it’s cold with water lower 40s (like 42 and air in the upper 46) I wear the newer titanium shirt under a full suit Blachtech. Works very well. I am in Alaska. I used the shout titanium last week with water in the 60s and air in the fifties with sun and little wind. Windy today and air about 49 early so I put on the Blacktech

I also absolutely love my In Tow rope and handle. I like to support ball of spray with purchases and have done so. However I have had Masterline which I bought after the In Tow specifically because of trying to support this cite and will stick with In Tow in the future.

I have a restored 1966 Century Resorter much like what Rich showed. Mine has AMC 327 and was also a boat used as a National rowboat. Fun to have recreationally.

Grew up with one of those. Still have a wood 1961 Maherajah. Enjoy.

I fill mine most of the way. Works well with my wife driving.

I believe Bob Maher is still building race skis and is in his 80s. I have had both his fixed bindings and his sliding. My first was made in 1960. You had to visit him at the time in his small shop and he wanted height weight ski speed etc. and then built your ski. I believe he said he built his first ski when in high school and it sank. I may be wrong but I doubt it. He built skis for the LaPoints as well as I recall. My Dad had one as well from 1961 I believe that is on my cabin wall with mine. I took that ski down and took it for a ride a year ago binding rubber is all still good. He was an innovator and May have had the first sliding front, first drop through fin, concave and perhaps more.

Ram 5.7 is a tremendous engine, people in the service industry recommended it to me for reliability and it has a unique long warranty as does Jeep. These service people were with German auto brands.
