Lost a ski in the same fashion... looked for what seemed like hours. Went to the extent to post pictures of it at all the surrounding marinas, posted Facebook, Craigslist, the whole nine. Nothing. I still look for it online from time to time hoping one day it will miraculously appear 2 years later.

@Andre you're right. I thought I would just throw it out there and see what happens... with that said, the more obscure and desired I find them to be... the more I must have one. Ski it again has them, just not in 68.5. I’m going to edit my post to cash.

Looking for a Mapple 68.5 and longer (6.0, T2, etc)... will trade for great condition 2014 S2 67.5. Always wanted to have a Mapple in the quiver for fun/backup/guest use etc. Stay safe everyone!

My iPhone X is horrible on my Wake Eye. Very disappointed... I was contemplating buying a new GoPro with stabilization but at $359 I feel it’s an expensive fix for something the engineers at Wake Eye should have rectified. I saw the stabilization platform ($119) they created, but again, paying extra to fix a weakness in the design? Am I way off base here?

Absolutely love this ski. Perfect for my size at 6’6 210lbs. I’m sure there is something comparable new but it works just as well. Kind of like my 92 Prostar... hard to beat my wake even with newer more modern boats.

Fluid Motion in the mix here? Because this all seems so subjective I’ll throw my FM Evo double boots in the mix. Only skied them for the last month of the season and real-time “tested” the release mechanism twice (cuff and liner come out as shell stays on plate) it has given me more confidence than my RefleX ever have (never truly trusted my realease after going OTF while pulling out with a 7.5 din) and more control than my Radar BOAs could ever offer. They certainly give me the perception that I am safe®.
