  1. Dang I wish I would have seen this earlier - always down to ski at Radar!!
  2. @tlarocque Camp somewhere in San Diego and ski the course in San Vicente Lake!
  3. Radar Lyric. My sister and friend have them. My club also has one as a "shared" ski.
  4. @tlarocque Is that 206 on Ski It Again? Looks familiar...
  5. Concept and F1 are wild skis. Not as forgiving as you'd think.
  6. My first thought when I saw it was: "well what about the CX superlight??"
  7. 1991-1994 MC ProStar 190. All the 1994s have EFI, so look for one of those.
  8. I've seen one in person and it's black with some orange highlights in there. Sorry - don't have a pic. As far as shape and such, I think it's just like the 2017 model.
  9. 67" Radar Lithium Senate. Or 67" HO CX SL. I've heard the Connelly Carbon V is good too, but I don't know as much about it as I do the Radar or HO. I'd go with the Senate of the three.
  10. My favorite shorts are my Hurley Phantoms with an 18" inseam!
  11. I'm no expert (only really spent time at 2 different ski lakes), but 4.5 sounds slightly shallow. Not insanely shallow, but shallow. Although, I have seen videos of people wiping out and standing up after with half their body out of the water...
  12. @gregy I weigh 175 lbs and both my D3 and the Senate I'm looking at are 67 inches. Thanks!
  13. Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA) Thursday and Friday mornings, and then Ski Park Lake (Orting, WA) yesterday and today! :)
  14. Hi all. I'm relatively new to waterskiing. Started a little less than 3 years ago and I've slowly made my way up to running my first full pass (@ 28mph, 15-off) yesterday. I'm on a D3 Quest 45 and I'm wondering if this is too much ski for me at 28mph, or if I should just keep learning on it? I have the opportunity to purchase a 2015 Radar Senate Lithium and I'm wondering what I should do. Part of me thinks that I should just keep at it on my D3, but the other part thinks I should get the wider Senate. This is certainly NOTHING against my D3 - it's a great ski - just wondering if I would be better learning on a ski that's not so far above my skill level. Thanks!
  15. Nice. I ski behind a 99 Response a bunch in the summer and think it has a nice wake. Thanks for the info. And...good luck with the sale!
  16. How come? Also, I know nothing about the LXR... Does it ski the same as the TXI?
  17. My friend's 1998 SportStar scoots with a 305 Chevy, can't imagine what it'd be like with over 100 more HP...
  18. I have a T-Factor and a RTP on my D3 Quest 45, and I really like how the boot fits and feels. Very comfy, but also supportive if you get it tight enough. I'm newer to waterskiing and still trying to get through the course at 28, so IDK how helpful my testimony might be...
  19. I really like that Nautique still put the giant old "SKI NAUTIQUE" graphics on even the last of the 196 models.
