  1. I think it’s just easy to hit them accidentally when scrolling
  2. @Than_Bogan How does vault meet attendance compare to a slalom tournament? Gotta be pretty similar right? haha
  3. @Bruce_Butterfield have they actually sent you the file yet?
  4. @ktm300 wow, that’s a generous offer. Thanks a ton! I hadn’t thought about getting a loaner but I’m just trying to get back on the water after biceps tendon reattachment. The surgeon released me 2 months ago but the first few sets left me thinking something’s not right so I have stopped skiing for now. I have an appt with the dr next Monday. Let me see what he says and get back with you.
  5. I'm 6'0", 160 lbs...let me know if you have one
  6. A google search for it will find a page for the update but it’s not live yet. Monday I spoke to someone at Enovation who said try back next month. It’s going to cost $50 apparently.
  7. @Bill22 thanks @bkreis I’m looking for a ski that’s a lot less work behind the boat than the xtr...any thoughts on that specifically?
  8. What are the weight ranges for the different lengths? If it's on their website I can't find it. Also can anybody compare it to an XTR? Thanks
  9. Maybe this helps...looks like overlapping 8 buoy course is one of the options
  10. @adamhcaldwell check your pm when you get a chance please
  11. @Andre thanks for correcting me @adamhcaldwell thanks for the input
  12. @adamhcaldwell how do you optimize energy creation if the line comes tight later than optimum? Talking about this makes me wonder about something I think I remember seeing: Isn't there video of Andy M running 39 without really pulling out for the gate?
  13. When you look at where you are when the ski actually gets pointed cross course and the line comes tight, how does this affect where the edge change can happen? In other words, does getting to change edges right at centerline hinge on having a tight line and perfect timing at the buoy?
  14. @acmx good to hear from you. I just started the strengthening phase of rehab this week. It’s pretty sore at times. Unfortunately no tournaments this yr. but if you’re ever in the ‘hood be sure to look me up.
  15. @lpskier did you get back to skiing yet after your biceps tendon repair? Just wondering how it’s going if so. My surgery was 11 weeks ago. I’m hoping to be skiing by late next month.
  16. I’m always lurking. Skied more than ever last yr and...it caught up with me haha Shoulder surgery 11 weeks ago and finger surgery next week...at least i haven’t missed many ski days this yr since the weather has been so crappy
  17. Is there a way to get enough dye to prevent growth but not have the water look like blue kool aid?
  18. I know somebody. Send me a private message.
  19. thanks for all the input. I just talked to the surgeon again. I get the feeling it’s definitely worth giving the procedure a shot. Hopefully it works. If not I’ll be no worse than now and I’ll have a cool scar to add to the collection.
  20. I injured a ligament on my ring finger when I was cranking a chain saw a few months ago. So now it stays flexed about 40 degrees and won't straighten. The doctor calls it pseudo-boutonniere injury and says I need a surgery called volar plate release. Anybody had this? Did the surgery fix it and how'd it affect your skiing? Thanks!

    Lake Dye

@A_B I need to dye mine because of weeds but I don't want to change the color. Seems like all the dyed lakes I've seen made the water look like an unnatural color...not sure how else to describe it but it's usually easy to tell they've been dyed. Sounds like bluish green would be closer to natural color around here.

    Lake Dye

Anybody know if there is a dye that doesn't turn the water an unnatural color?
  23. ok makes sense now. I had ac joint resection and sa decompression too. It's only been three weeks but it feels like it's going to be tough getting full range of motion back.
