Oh Crap!! JD's got one waitin for me this weekend. This year is the best in a while for new ski's.

I had an unexpected chance to ride the new Mapple 6.0 yesterday and i was very impressed. It was the 68.5 inch ski and I weigh 190. I expected it to feel big after riding the 65.25 nano but it felt great from the first pullout. It felt very fast and turned great on both sides. It was a short set in very cold water so i am looking forward to getting a few more sets on it. IMO this ski is way more user friendly than the Mapple 33

Granpa was a carpenter! He used to say cut it off three times and it is still too short!!

Seen a lot of cracked blocks in 40+ years in Wisconsin. 28 degrees for 12 hours will crack a block when sitting on the trailer. I like ezy eds idea of a block heater more reliable than a lite bulb.

Damn MS i was just going to call you about Ski Watch think i will get there wednsday and ski a coulple days ski the tourney saturday and head for Cedar Ridge to ski their tourney Sunday. From there its off to Arlington to report for work on Monday. Was looking forward to hangin with you. Are you coming down for Cottonwood. Hope the Ross bros. make it.

Nano is working great. Ran my second 35 in a tourney saturday. and ran a tourney PB 1 1/2 at 38 on sunday.

Kevin that was a bummer on your 39 gate that was a sweet 39 nice skiing.

I will be setting up a couple r style rear bindings this week. wondering how the rear heel measurement compares to rubber bindings. Any sugestions. When i tried one early this spring i had trouble finding the sweet spot.

Love the ski love the look. Hated the white skis.

Ski showed up monday rode it tuesday 2 sets with fin the way it came out of the box. Easily ran up the rope to my average practice score. Felt a lot like the md. Set the fin to chads numbers. ran up the rope thru 35. I have busted my but on every ski out there but have only run 35 on 3 skis. My mid and two nano ones one on the first set and this one one the third set. I am in a different spot coming to the bouy and feel like i can just wait for the ski to turn. This ski is a winner. The mids going on the shelf after 3 years but not for sale quite yet. I am not that technical but it feels like it is easier to get the ski between me and the boat.
