Jay, Were you riding the 64" or the 66"? Do you know which amp ski it was? What's your height/weight?  Also are you at 36 or 34? skidawg told me to buy one so i am looking at the chart trying to figure out which one to order.

What a thread hijack....  We have been blessed by our owners generosity that's for sure.

Chile': looking at a couple differing weekends in the beginning of December. Also looking at going to Costa Rica for some sets.  Still wearing hot tops. A:74, w:64. i need a divers hoodie when the air breaks below 70. i have a big head and all that cold air/water on my dome sucks.  Friday/Saturday it's suppposed to be 74ish but Sunday looks to be SOL....

TW: that is a floating target. Shoot at it from the dock sometimes with 22 caliber rifles or pistols. When skiing, you never see it as it's opposite side. Andre', we are about 2050' long, runs North to South. Straight in from the south side and a large turn around island from the other end. about 250' wide through the course and depth ranging from 6' to 8' in the course. Skis very nice when water temp is 85-95. Right now water is 62-64 and still ski-able.  We are dropping the water level 12" right now and plan on cutting the banks back. We are going to do the rollout-sandy banks, ala "Ski Ranch" in Covington, if things go according to plan anyway!

Andre', My ski buddy and I are just members at the lake, not owners but we do ski our tails off! :) The owner is a skier (obviously).  I was taking pics of our water level the same day. In the BOS photogallery there are quite a few pics I took.

 We had to setup a shooting range after skiing. Seemed the right thing to do as our days are numbered due to the current political state.

SG coming into the course: for 34.2mph it comes into the course at 34.7/34.9 for 36mph: comes into the course at 36.7-36.9.  Every time. Zero Off: 34.2=34.2 Gate; 36.0=36.0. Completely different.

Hey Malibu 1608:  Second half of the season I have been giving 35 a crack and the feedback has all been about the same: Ian Trapp: Fix/tweak that gate, it'll be easy  SkiDawg: Fix that gate, it's easy. Chad Scott: Turn in one ski length earlier, nice and easy and hammer behind the boat.  Since I keep hearing the same thing I have actually started to try it. Makes a world of difference. A good gate at 35@36 is crucial as if you start "bad-hot", one bobble and you'll be out of the game. With a good gate, a bobble and you can stick with it.

Jones: I am still on my trusty 9800. Love the ski but have watched a bunch of guys get on the RCX and look the best I have seen them.  I did ride my X5 for 1.5 sets. DIdn't work for me. Regarding the falls I have taken, that was the loose screw on top. It's been tightened a bit and just a hair better now ;)

 I rode this ski for 1.5 sets. A friend asked me "how the heck do you claim 1.5 sets???" I rode a full set, 8 passes, second set took 4 passes then skied to the dock. Hopped back on my black n orange addiction to finish the set..  Anyway, BOS special, $300 plus actual shipping. Same ski that Tynan rode in the BD Finals. Just not the right ski for me but it's a great ride. It's in great shape too. Yes it's the same ski i have listed for $400 on SIA and TWSF, just havent updated those posts. Any new word on Beta testing, new version of this from ZO? I saw that thread Horton had skied the 3 X 3 settings not too long ago and they were testing out at Diablo but not much chatter since then. Also, anyone heard any peeps about a ZO simulater inside of SG? Someone had previously posted that PP said they were "working on something.  I have a non-dbw boat that's a sweet pull but I am on the fence if i need to upgrade to a DBW boat because of Andy, Bill and Steve.

obviously www.thewaterskiforum.com is down. has anyone talked to Kent? they prolly got hit pretty hard.  Typical storm stuff in BR though. Might take a ski set in the am though. we'll see.

 So I drew out 1 lurker from the PNW as he is interested in sporting his wood via WUSS. I figured I would post a shot of his place.
