  1. I had an older version with z box and got so frustrated that I ran it in classic mode until I upgraded to version 9.12. Huge improvement! My system works incredibly well! If you haven’t upgraded, do yourself a favor and get the update.
  2. Why do we get such good information AFTER the boat is winterized???? Lol Keep it coming Adam! We appreciate your insight!
  3. Great tip! I try to change edge at the wake but that doesn’t work very well until the turn radius is dialed in correctly to give you the initial speed needed to allow you to ride the arc of the handle out to the buoy. After A Lot of fiddling I think that I’m getting close. Thanks for the post, I have it saved for next season as a reminder. Keep them coming!
  4. 9.12 works really well! Can’t tell the difference between my 95 response and a new prostar
  5. For shaping the slopes it’d be safer and more efficient to rent an excavator
  6. @thager , I can speak for a rff skier, my answer would be that it turns hard on both sides and makes width very easily. I’m on an ‘18 EVO that I Love, but had I tried the Alpha first I would never have tried the EVO. Don’t get me wrong, Love my EVO!
  7. Z box works well once you get it dialed. I don’t ski behind ZO very often although our lake has plenty of ZO boats to ski behind. Last night I rode behind a brand new Prostar with a 6.2 in it and I didn’t notice any difference between the new boat and mine. I was presently surprised. Be patient setting it up!
  8. RIP Jack! Sorry for your loss John and family .
  9. I ski the EVO and had a chance to try an Alpha. The Alpha and EVO are very similar. Easy to ride and they both turn well. D3’s are hard to beat though as they’re so user friendly.
  10. A buddy of mine left me his 68” Alpha. I was really surprised at how comfortable I was on it from the 1st pass. Very solid! It turns hard and is very symmetrical. Probably the best offside that I’ve experienced on any ski.
  11. Wow! Thanks @Ski_Dad that’s my ski. Here’s the boot that I was talking about. If it comes through.
  12. I have a 65” Lyric and a medium Radar HRT rear binding for sale on Ski it Again
  13. I have my setting dialed. I think that my C2 sounds more like a B2 though. I’ve got to get behind a ZO boat to verify though.
  14. Are you sure that the fin is set to factory? They rarely are even though you would think that they were coming straight to you new.
  15. I went from double hard shells to the Boa HRT, Never going back! Easy transition.
  16. @coach3, I had my CG in my old green vapor before I switched over to the EVO. Should fit...
  17. @Jordan, I’m on the CG fin and I’ve found that it’s a lot easier on the body compared to the stock fin. Also the driver has noticed that I’m quite a smoother on the CG. Just my experience.
  18. I think Horton might have found his MOASS and doesn’t want to get on to his next review. Milking it????
