  1. I got a like new Teeter EP-550 on Craiglist for $150. CL is the best way to go. Teeter is great for the back. My in-laws wanted one delivered to their house and bought a refurbished one from http://www.teeter-inversion.com/index.asp . They called a sales rep who offered a refurbished one from their Home Shopping Network inventory. These are identical to the EP-550 but with a different model number (EP-850 or close to that). They bought a refurbished model at a good discount and it was cheaper than what was available on eBay or Amazon.
  2. Here is a new $150 Radar Senate 69" http://www.radarskistore.com/products/productdetail/2009+Senate/part_number=902%2A/1399.0.1.1.49333.54086.0.0.0?pp=10&

  5. The last 2 built on our lake near Houston were about 27' x 33' with 8' to 10' x 10' storage sheds. Price in 2008 was about $28,000 plus lift and electrical. Ones up in San Marcos River Ranch are more expensive due to requirement that they use steel piling. I hear one dock up there has concrete decking.
  6. June 25-26 is the Big Dawg Qualifier at Lakes of Cypress.
  7. I was going to comment that I missed Wet Tech gloves. Did a quick search and found some S & XS gloves for $10 and XXXS Gilrls USCGA Vests for $20 http://www.closeoutdude.com/
  8. Good article. The comment section mentions Roger Teeter and EP skis. In 1981 Roger Teeter designed his Teeter Inversion machine. http://www.teeter-inversion.com/teeter-MessagefromRoger.asp My wife and I started Teeter Hang Ups® in my forties as a result of my own journey to find relief from back pain. At the time, I was designing waterskis and competing at a national level, though my back pain was so severe that I was forced to wear a steel reinforced lace-up brace every time I skied. Through other competitive skiers, I was introduced to Gravity Boots and for the first time I was pain free. The relief was not just the result of silencing symptoms; inversion was actually targeting the source of the ache. As an engineer, I knew I found my calling--to design and manufacture inversion equipment so that more people could take control of their health and find natural, sustainable relief.
  9. I'm looking for front boot position and fin numbers for a 2011 Senate-C. This ski is faster than the 2009 Senate-C and totally different. Anyone tried a Schnitz speed slot fin on it?

  17. Boat US is a non-profit boating group with an active boating advocacy department. They should be involved. As a side note, Boat US also provides good low cost boat insurance. You must be a member to obtain insurance. Memberships are $30 but a group can form a "group co-op" with 5 members and receive 50% savings on dues. I formed a co-op for our community, free and easy. http://www.boatus.com/group/default.asp Maybe a Baller co-op?
  18. Had exact same problems w/ my 02 196. Replaced ck valve, fuel filter and still had problems. Turned out the problem was the 2" long fuel line inside the FCC. It had a small hole. Replaced it and problem solved. Now I'll change the hose at every fuel filter change.
