As Boody stated, I'm glad that Bruce wasn't excited about the palm thing. The thing that helps me the most is trying to lead my movements with the hips. Kind of like pointing with your hip in the direction you want to go. As for overloading at the buoy, if I can resist the urge to push with my legs and think about counter rotating, then try to stay  in that open position until I ski back to the handle in conjunction with pushing my hips cross course, I get a real soft/short hook up right at the wakes that sends you on a real nice line to the next buoy. P/S Boody, have you had a chance to try your E-Series yet?
