  1. Joel will be a Great ambassador, for Mastercraft, on and off the water. They have certainly backed a winner, to represent their Brand.
  2. Great Picture, Always Smiling, way to go Joel 👍
  3. Promoting the Worlds and Water Skiing, could possibly benefit USAWSWS in membership, further down the road, speculate to accumulate sort of scenario.
  4. @Mateo_Vargas that was at Princes in in the UK, Pro Am event, he went over on his back, there were two photograhers on that jump how he didn't take them out I don't know. Apart from logistics and the position of a Jump, I have to agree it should be in a safe location, but some lakes do not have the space, it is not a simple task of moving the Jump, because you have to move the Jump Course Bouys as well, the alternative is to move the Slalom Course, yet again a big task , for safety you could just put a inflatable wall around the jump, not ideal but better than nothing.
  5. So there has been several top events at Sunset Lakes (Travers), if I remember last year there were some top scores. I am sure somebody put up a score into 43 Off ( 9.75m ) Maybe Will Asher What I would like to ask is why nobody, has brought these opinions to the fore, in previous events ?
  6. @Drago I like my 2023 Vapor Pro as it is, haven't really got around to giving the Whisper Fin a go, I used to have a reputation as a Fin Fiddler, but manage to get myself away from Fin Fiddling and spend more time skiing.
  7. So is the Whisper Fin still as popular as it was in the beginning, I have a Brand new one sitting in my Ski Chest, can it make a difference, quite a few people I know, that were running the Whisper Fin, appear to have gone back to the Standard Fin arrangement, not sure many Pro Skiers are running the Whisper' I am curious because there was such a Buzz when they first became available.
  8. Swing , surely most people who were kids at one point in their life, must of gone to the park or play ground and used a swing, the only difference with water skiing is that the crossbar is vertical, build momentum kick through the center line and swing up the other side. The only real difference is that the crossbar is moving. Simples 😀
  9. Unsolved mystery, apparently the boat feels OK now! 🙄
  10. To be honest, I am not sure if anything is wrong, at all, it,s just that two very good skiers are telling me that the boat seems to be gassing them in the wrong place on tournament mode but not recreational mode, which clearly does not add up if both modes react the same.
  11. Boat hours 90 engine 6.0 prop the same as the other boats that we have had,. Would like to know the latest revision of Zero Off ? I am thinking rev S, would 2023 nautique ship with rev S ?
  12. I ask because we have a short setup, the new boat struggles to get to 36mph probably half a boat length before pre gates, I drive. 35-38 off skier he is struggling to get the feel he is looking for, but said it feels better in recreational mode, he skis at another lake, different water and longer setup with no issues, he was quite happy until we got the new boat, I drive him the way I have always driven him, but just lately he showing signs of frustration, not being able to work it out. Not sure if the boat can be remapped, remembering we run gas injected LPG in the UK .
  13. Can anybody enlighten me on the differences between Zero Off Tournament mode and Recreational mode, especially what the boat is doing on the setup and gate shot ? Thankyou
  14. Get a Hard Dog Ball ( approx 4-5 inch ) take the pain sit on it and move it around , followed by piriformis Stretch, once or twice a day, everyday, vary the stretch, there is plenty of different methods shown on youtube. Get a roller for your back, after stretching, put the roller on the base of your back and let your butt hang on the other side of the roller, put your hands back over your head, to create a stretch in the lower back and wait for the release in your back muscles. Eventually it will back off, but not a quick fix. No Medical advice given, just what worked for me.
  15. Good job, should be able to source some Domed nuts on Amazon or Ebay for the rear
  16. @ToddL No need to convert Feather Frame to Aluminuim. For people who do not have a size 10 or 12 foot all of the adjustable RTP,s you cannot get your foot fwd, I cut approx 1 inch off, of the front of the feather frame but made sure I could get the last hole , see photo,s I am a size 8UK size - 9 USA - size 42 EU
  17. So here is another Tfactor Tip ! @Drago you will like this one, regularly take your binding/bindings off and check the screws underneath, they come loose and eventually wreck the holes they screw into, the Tfactors are a Great Binding but you need to do Maintenance.
  18. @LeonL here you go pictures of the mod, I decided to do when the left side started to separate where it was stitched, any modification anybody chooses to carry out , they carry out individually and take full responsibility for, this is just a visual reference to show people what I choose to do.
  19. Regarding Tfactor here,s a useful tip for the Wrap, especially the new type with no slots,. Stay away from the stitching and cut down the sides 1/2 to 5/8 inch and finish with a u shape, think the whole thing on mine is about 1 inch or just over, doesn't really affect the binding, but does help prevent the rubber splitting where it is stitched on the sides, less strain when you put your foot in and out of the binding. I will try and post piccy
  20. Personally if, I just tighten my screws , not too tight, my rear rtp finds it natural position (slightly canted) and then I tighten up, not only a natural stance for the individual, but less stress on the ankles and knees. If you stand with one foot behind the other, the rear foot will not be straight.
  21. Thanks for all the info Guy,s, definitely a Gland, Boat must of been put together, right on the Bubble when they moved to Dripless . @jhughes on the positive side, will not have to drop the Rudder and Pull the Shaft 😀
  22. @jhughes OK will have to revisit as we tried to replace the gland with. 3/16 that was supplied, no water cooling and looks like normal gland type arrangement.
  23. Thanks Guys will try to source the 1/4 thought the 3/16 was suspect when the Main Dealer supplied it, the problem being they are not boat people just salesman and mechanics( car)
  24. Hi Ballers Just picked up 2017 Nautique closed bow, would anybody be able to tell me what size gland is required , the one supplied to me continues to leak, think they come as 3/16 or 1/4 in size, any help would be appreciated, I was supplied with 3/16, can't get it to seal. Thankyou
