    My 99 Response got the upgrade last year. After download was not skiable. Throttle return spring and I have good overall times, segments are spot on or maybe .01 on a few. Try the spring!!!

    99 Response. I did the upgrade last year and did a throttle return spring too Good times overall and segments now. I used to be hot right at 1 and then slow down.

    Hi Ballers, Looking for Orlando accommodation in early April.... anyone have leads or a place? I think there was a baller who had both a house and a Prostar available? But I couldn’t find the thread. We are trying to do it all... ski a little, see the mouse, UCF spring game, maybe Melbourne Beach. Thanks!

    My thought would be a percentage of your boat weight...10% maybe? (200-300 lbs) This would allow people to shape their wake or balance the boat, but not enhance enough to create big wake issues. Enforcement? Honor system most likely. Or just say none at all. Good luck.

    @GregHind Here is a pic of what I just set up. Spring is towards the bow/servo motor. Look ok or should I tie it off towards the rear?

    Your mounted back to the stern? I wasn’t sure if I could tie it off on a hose towards the bow or is that backwards? Thanks for the pic!!

    I’m looking to add this. My linkage test only has about half the movement compared to the troubleshooting video on Perfect Pass website. Monsoon motors have the metal adapter bracket, and not the brass “L” fitting. Any ideas or picks on where to hook the spring to on the throttle cable end? Pic attached, but it gets hung up a little. Should I drill a hole in the front of the adapter plate? Also, could I be due for a new throttle cable? Boat is a 99, and not been replaced since I bought in 09. Thanks Ballers!

    That boat look looks completely redone inside, also probably not the original trailer. If I knew the history, I’d be ok with it. No history I would pass. In US dollars that boat is mid-high teens.

    I almost bought a “barn find” 1985 this year for 2 grand.....but the owner could and would not get me a title. :s Wanted to sell it as a parts boat.... :'( :'( I know someone who bought a nice 84 for about 7 grand....his daily driver. It runs good.

    Search on Malibu Crew for the how to. People were checking and cleaning all plugs 1st....then opening up the control box and cleaning up and or new solder on connections. You have to use a heat gun or hair dryer to break the seal. Seemed to work for most.

    Ski inside of all 6 balls. Work on getting 6 good turns and 6 good behind the boats, with consistency. Then try the for all 6! Good gates are another animal. LOL.

    I use a big kahuna portable shower. A lot of surfers use them. I fill it with hot water at the house and it stays warm. I also use it camping too.

    I spend about 40% on Perfect pass with Zbox, 40% on PP classic. The rest on Zero Off. (Plus some hand driving too!) Any tips for the guy who bounces back and forth. I've used B2 for ZO, and try to keep patient and not pull-lean to soon out of the turn. Any other tips? Thanks!

    Fun formats and not all day... Evenings or even a weekend that is done or starts mid afternoon. Also Demo days! We have no pro shops in our area. Half tourney half demo day if Radar or HO was there would be cool. @OB1...

    As far as non cga vests go, I think buckles help, like the O'Neill outlaw. I've seen the pullovers get about fully peeled off. I picked up en extra CGA hyperlite that was on sale.... its really pretty lite and I think I would get used to it.
