  1. "They are not being snotty, they just like to get their sets in and get on with their day. " hmm......
  2. A tower on a slalom boat? Blasphemy! :#
  3. No change. If anything, the newer 14 throttles seem tighter than our 13. They probably loosen up over time w use. I've heard there may be an entirely new/better system on the 15's
  4. Does anyone have any "dry land" drills they use to simulate advancent of body position through the offside turn?
  5. Let's not press the fast forward button @Wish! I still have almost 12 months of 36 mph skiing....and a list of unaccomplished 36 mph goals!
  6. @Bruce_Butterfield Thanks for the insight. Your point of shoulders forward is a different take on what I was thinking. I was thinking hips more up, more stacked, but didn't think that maybe shoulder position being too far forward was also a contributing factor. Also, shoulder angle and head angle seem to be more dipped as you mentioned. I need to think about how to move forward over the ski without leading with the shoulders or trailing with the hips.
  7. I expected more from you @SkiJay and @Than_Bogan!
  8. @eyepeeler Yep, minus my broken ski at Nationals, one of my worst tournament scores of the season. My average is 106.17. What's yours? Care to tell me your max bench, deadlift, squat, press, and real name while you're at it?
  9. @eyepeeler 3@41=117 4@38=106. 117-106 = 11 I'm not sure I agree with your logic. Especially since you have no idea how "strong" I am. But assuming you're correct, glad to know he's only 11 balls stronger....not 17.
  10. I saw this pic of Asher and knew I had a very similarly timed photo from a tournament last weekend. This is my 2 ball at 38. I have my thoughts, but would like the feedback of others on what I should be focusing/working on/thinking about to improve my offside. Thanks!
  11. @Horton Yep....time for a new one
  12. I dont even know what the current slogan / motto is....
  13. Yes. You can free ski in rec mode.....or tournament mode.
  14. Come on @Razorskier1! Time to move South!
  15. @Lieutenant Dan‌ Here is a parcel map. The house is on lot 37.
  16. Yea. Me too. Beautiful house! Ever thought of moving south? ;)
  17. Press the menu button until the diamond is highlighted. Press the up arrow twice. Press menu button until speed is highlighted. Arrow up or arrow down to adjust speed You can still drive through the course in Rec mode. You switch back the same way. Menu, until you highlight the diamond, then up arrow back to main screen.

  19. Anyone notice the binding setup on one of the skis on their website?
  20. @SkiJay I see what you're saying and that makes perfect sense. I'm not much of a technician when it comes to fins. I reviewed my earlier post and realize that I had a typo in my dft. I had written .760, but its actually .750......
  21. @SkiJay Update: We had a 3 round backyard tourney last week. I did something I'd never done before....I ran 35 all 3 rounds. I was pretty happy about the consistency, but wasn't getting as far down 38 as I was expecting/wanting I skied a couple practice sets the next day and my ski partner commented that it looked like my ski was digging too hard on the offside and not carrying speed through the turn. So I made a fin adjustment. (took out tip) Now I'm actually shorter than I was on the Quest.....but barely. Seems to feel pretty good! New length is 6.922. Everything else remains unchanged. This is exactly in line with what @bishop8950 had told me about the new 45 at Nationals.
  22. I'd like to see that same series into someone's offside turn.....
