  2. I had received this fix which was originally intended to fix similar issues with the 2019 Ski Nautique. They said to give it a shot. The bolted on version hit the front tracking fin. I took it to a local welder with lots of knowledge and had him weld it permanently. I try to put it in the water so only a few inches of the front bunks are out of the water. If you can. I have the roller lifting the chine about 3/4 off the bunk when sitting level I also used some shims to manipulate the bunk high in different places. Let me know and I can get into specifics on that. Nothing is perfect but two years later and all is still good
  3. Also Spray the bunks with liquid rollers a few times during the year. BE Careful though with it. I only spray the bunks from a couple feet behind the roller towards the front of the trailer. No need to spray anything else. And yes bury the trailer if you can in the water.
  4. I ski on a 200 most of the time. I guess I just never noticed the difference. My opener is also 28
  5. 2 times right ear, 1 time left. That was nearly 30 years ago. I have worn earplugs ever since. The ears healed fine in all occasions. Hearing is fine, but don't ask my wife. Worst part was 4 weeks of not skiing to let it heal - doctors orders. If it maters I listen to Hi Res music and can tell the difference ;)
  6. Wow - you guys who are running deep shortline like @Horton complaining about the -28 wake on a Nautique? Now that is whining.
  7. @Horton what size are you on? On the website I fall towards the end of the 65” sizing.
  8. I find my Camaro durable enough. My problem is my version (I think they have changed it) has graphics on the inside that make it uncomfortable. They itch and scratch. I have no idea why they would have the graphics on the inside.
  9. On my lake once it hits near or at 15mph it is whitecaps. That’s where I say no thanks. Not fun. Not productive. Not safe
  10. I’m just glad that @Horton did put this out there as other skier’s issues have been put out on this forum. No matter what opinions or side he or other members might be on. What was fair game for one well known skier’s issue should be fair game for other well known skier’s issues on this forum. Thanks @Horton for keeping it fair.
  11. I would buy a new mechanism. Easy to replace. I think you can get the 750 still. Safer in the long run. I’m on my 3rd mechanism. No real issues with the previous ones. It was just time.
  12. There will always be skiers that complain about something and those who just go out and get it done and keep it to themselves.
  13. @Horton I'm one of those people who love the regionals. Fortunately for me most of the regionals in the east are drivable for me.
  14. It would help everyone out west if they broke the region up into at least 3 different regions. Crazy that someone from southern California has to go to Colorado for a Regional and vice versa.
  15. All types of bindings are used at all the skill levels. Nate Smith, The world record holder, uses rubber bindings. There are a lot of pros that use the boots as you refer and a great deal that use the hardshells. Speed and or skill does not matter as to which one. It is what works for you. Now there are better versions of the rubber (i.e. the D3Tfactors and others). The biggest thing with the hardshells as @Horton was saying is to make sure you have them properly set up for you (if possible by someone in the know). If you don't this is where injuries occur.
  16. @Horton So far stock numbers? I am very interested in this ski, but I'm not a tweaker and don't have a lot of extra time to sort the ski out. All indications was that the c75 was a ski that needed to be tweaked a lot. Also I was told the c75 was a lot of work in the course.
  17. Have you looked into the settings through the dealer code? I know when I added a heater to my '18 200 I had to go into settings to let the system know that there was a heater added so it could control it. Maybe you have to go back and let the system know that there is a stereo?
