  1. @LeonL, I don't think it is possible to pull that long and run 38 without a major headwind, particularly @5 ball. Unreal. Glide and Gate were pretty interesting also - Great skiing
  2. The video quality is fantastic. Without zoom, I still believe that is a more useful video than what I get with iPhone on Wakeeye
  3. Holy shit that was a big mis-read. Walking and chewing gum were never my forte
  4. Thoughts and prayers coming your way @Horton. You got this
  5. I don't think their is a skier on earth who would doubt Chad's ability to drive a boat. Unfortunate, but completely understandable. He'll get it again and hopefully Chad gets to drive it.
  6. @Sethro - Damn. That's amazing. At 44 I usually need a day off after 3-4 days I'm a row of hard skiing. Inspiration
  7. @ski6jones - @burdhntr s 197 came from the Lakes of Katy
  8. @burdhntr - beautiful boat
  9. Jeff Rogers 2 ball at 39 - and then every ball after that. Wow. Dude is an athlete
  10. Dear lord, please tell me that is photo-shopped
  11. South Central Regionals the past two years, and a stop for both me (when I was a teenager over 20 years ago), and now my 14 year old son - Great place, great people
  12. Good post, and fair warning. I have heard of several people switching to MOB, @OB1 comes to mind, as does @Than_Bogan at one point. I am curious, has anyone made that switch without sacrificing PB level skiing at 35+? This is in no way intended as a shot to the MOB, but actually my only concern in making the switch. I recognize my ankles and legs are worth a buoy or two, but I've had great success on Vapors, Stradas, etc for many years. But I recognize the benefit of the MOB above all in certain situations
  13. @Than_Bogan - I've never heard that about bluer skies further from the equator? Do we have a "why" on that one?
  14. i remember that thread and the opposition to the idea quite well.
  15. I love seeing how fired up @Chad_Scott got driving that pass for Nate. He was genuinely proud and excited for him and to be a part of it.Thats one of the cool things about this sport that isn't talked about much; but the support system is long and wide
  16. What @ski6jones said. Angle without too much speed through the gates is the key
  17. This is a fun read a Eric - thx for taking the time
