  1. @Horton & @VONMAN I notice that most of the posters that claim to have “the Secret” to Shortline skiing - always talk (write in riddles. It’s difficult to understand what your saying here @VONMAN. It would help if you diagram it.
  2. Great response @The_MS - that guy is egging on for a confrontation.
  3. I disagree - we had a 2019 Nautique and now a 2021 MC can’t tell one from the other in regard to tracking
  4. PS they all had lots of hours. The Supra and one of the Nautiques over 2000 hours each.
  5. Since my 1989 Supra (which at the time was a spectacular boat and my all time favorite) I have had two Nautiques, a Malibu, & 3 Mastercrafts. I bought a 21 Prostar (number 4) and we love it! Best of the bunch even over the fond memories of the Supra. Everything about this 21 is well designed. Get one on order.
  6. If we’re going that route than Blanton’s Gold on the rocks
  7. Try some “dry silicone lubricant”
  8. @BraceMaker Of course it does! And I like that you express it. You just can’t call out others for expressing their’s.
  9. I’m a big fan of Andy but then “hey who isn’t”. Ever since the mess surrounding Nate (I’d say about two years worth) he has performed at the very top of his game (anyone’s game) and with the extreme burden of dislike, distrust and (based on some of the posts right here on this forum), dare I say hate. Most super star athletes fold under that kind of pressure. One tennis spoiled brat can’t even handle an interview. I don’t know about saying the greatest of all time, but in the end you’ve got to hand it to him.
  10. @BraceMaker, There is a famous and old saying “you never know how far you can go - till you’ve gone too far”
  11. PS not a great skier these days but made nationals ten years running through M3 & 4
  12. @UCFskier can’t argue with your thinking. And these open forums are really necessary and a positive influence on future possible bad decisions. Course do you think Mike Vic is really sorry for all the dead dogs? (Just an example that comes to mind) I for one am not buying into pro athletes sudden reversals of character.
  13. Are you kidding - every other sport (think pro football) is full of “reformed” athaletes
  14. @bananaron: What a real nice post. thanks
  15. I just can not get why ballers want to shut down posts as soon as they get opposition to their posts or disagree with the tone of posters. There is a whole lot here that I could disagree with but - shut it down - Is this communist China? If you don’t like it - don’t read it.
  16. Wow nothing! Who is paying the lake front property tax and who is not?
  17. @Horton - Have him diagram what he is talking about. Maybe he could overwrite on your vid. I’m thinking there are some others here that want to understand what the heck he is talking about.
  18. Kinda hard to work on technique improvements in windy conditions. When you get over 65 you only have so many pulls in you on any given day. I try not to waste them
  19. I agree with @PatM It seems as soon as someone doesn't like the tone of certain discussions they call on John to close the thread. What kinda shit is that?
  20. @mbabiash yea, that would make for a long ride home.
