  1. Was over at a friends house and they had one of these. I was amazed at how difficult some of the holds and pull-ups were from some of the various positions on the board. Based on how sore my fingers and forearms were, I had to order one up. Seems like a good way to build up some strength for skiing. http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/simulator.html
  2. Agreed, something isn't adding up there!
  3. I just picked one of these up last week...pretty cool! My view looks a bit different than yours these days @Horton‌ http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn189/dtm8119/1-10-20157-47-10AM_zpsba9dba0a.jpg
  4. Wonder what the base MSRP price difference is between the LXR and TXI! Sweet boat!
  5. I'd say my wife is more in the "Tolerates it" bucket. I have a deal with her that anytime she pulls me skiing, I make her drinks for the rest of the day/night. Win-Win
  6. I'm also a big fan of the Floe lifts. I like their vertical screw drive. Less cables with that design too
  7. @thager - I know what you mean. Couldn't find a driver last night and it was so glassy! Tried to train the dogs to drive me but they didn't understand what I was telling them :) http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn189/dtm8119/1891114_10101040327477830_7562844412393543229_n_zps761daf5d.jpg
  8. Put me in the camp of someone who would love to have something like this. Living on public water (smaller lake - 190 acres) where it would be tough to get a permit to have a permanent course in year round and not have to deal with the hassle of putting up a portable each time, this would be pretty slick.
  9. From this morning after tearing up the glass.
  10. I have a set of 2011 Strada boots and my liners are pretty close to needing replacement. Wondering who you guys would recommend I go through to find some? Thanks in advance!
  11. @Tdub - this link should help you... http://www.ballofspray.com/forum#/discussion/6734/ed-obermeiers-stargazer-tuning-document
  12. @oldjeep‌ can you double check the date you have? Its the 27th today but not Sunday :)
  13. Mother nature is playing a sick joke on us
  14. How about picking up some of these guys? http://www.ironmind.com/ironmind/opencms/Main/captainsofcrush.html
  15. I think ideally for me, if I had two boats (on a public lake), one would be a closed bow ski boat and the other would be a pontoon for cruising around and getting the dogs out. But with just one, open bow for me.
  16. @Horton - Just curious if you can get a back seat as an option with the Carbon Pro? I don't think I've seen a picture of one yet.
  17. 15 years old - installing underground sprinkler systems for my Uncles company. Business end of a shovel!
  18. Nice timing on the video...I just ordered that setup yesterday!
  19. @Chef23 - I've kept the dowel out of the Vice gloves also, felt more comfortable to me.
  20. @Chef23 - I purchased them last spring, they are the White and Black ones. I'll check on the sizing tonight, but I usually wear a Large and either had to go to a Medium or XL on these...can't remember which it was
  21. For you folks that run Clinchers, do you prefer a smaller handle diameter? Looking at picking up a Masterline radius handle and going with either the 1.000 or 0.940. I think I've heard that going with a smaller diameter but wanted to get some opinions. I have the Radar Vice clincher gloves FYI...
  22. There's some great ones here, not necessarily ski boat names though! http://thechive.com/2014/03/26/having-trouble-naming-your-boat-heres-some-thought-starters-30-photos/
  23. It would be nice if they would include pricing in their "build a boat" spots on the websites. I guess they want you to walk into the dealer to talk about that, so that's how they get you in the door. But it seems like other recreational type vehicles have this on their sites (snowmobiles, motorcycles, etc...)??
