  1. i am embarrassed to say one lake i ski at charges 25 per set plus a fuel charge. i think that is a bit excessive. the other lake i ski at seem to be more in line with the 5 gallon gas can rule.
  2. i sent mine back. i was getting stuck everywhere and was having trouble getting outbound. went back to fusion. skied decently good. now an on A2.. waiting for some warm weather to crank it up a notch
  3. bruce butterfield, can help you with the binding building. he is a master.
  4. seems like it had 1868 or something 68. i know it was stock for 200 last year. definitely went to 422. saved a little gas and could actually pull 36mph go figure
  5. keep it real... awesome driver and skier....i am lucky
  6. ours is a 2012. we got it new last year.. i noticed it immediately. i dont think the boat is designed to rev that high (5000+ at 36). maybe there is a rev limiter, not sure. so the new prop helped us. no problems after that, other than all the fuel the boat uses...
  7. it happened to us as well last year. we had to go to the 422 prop to get the rpms down. it was over 5000 rpmat 36. new prop fixed the problem
  8. just kidding but it does look remarkably like joe.
  9. i think that is an imposter who may or may not have pooped in the skimmer basket of joe d's pool. i may have funded that bet.
  10. I'm a dfw skier, we ski just south of Dallas at Triple J. we are extremely low, it is skiable but in dire need of rain. i can only report on lake that i've seen lately, pecan cove in red oak is dire. thornridge near corsicanna is in good shape.
  11. chris springs present. 3 kids, 2 dogs a cat and 2 goldfish. i ski with my wife and kids at least 4 days a week during the warm months. i love to overturn and rip it. :)
  12. btw. i do think technique supersedes a wing. mine is so so. lots of room for improvement
  13. 7 on fusion, none on A2....i've had mixed results with or without. i think without makes ur turn longer but less space in front of red buoys. i can scrap thru 38 with or without but cant get a start at 39 without. mostly because i'm clueless at that line length.
  14. My nano experience isn't awful, but hasn't helped me and my style. I'm a bit of an overturner by nature. I've tried many set ups and some are better and some are worse. the ski for me doesn't carry width and turns very hard. Thru 35 felt like a lot of work, 38 felt impossible. Went back to my old standby and scrapped an ugly 38. I was amazed how well the ski turned, but in the end, it doesn't seem to help as much as I had hoped. I'm glad to hear so many people are skiing well on it, as we all need to keep buying gear to keep the world economy growing.
  15. i think the thing that is most confusing. a new Infinity qx56 w/8 speed tranny, bluetooth, entertainment...badass suv, is roughly the same price as a sn200.. it makes no sense.
  16. i agree with jonesee...i would be willing to bet they are not the same..but who knows..one would assume they get to ride many skis and find one that works best for them...i have no hard data to back that up, but what the heck
  17. i ve heard go up a letter for the mastercraft..i do it but i dont know where i heard it...b1 to c1 for me

  19. he is very at home in texas.. he loves UT...... :)
  20. the only thing thing i can think of is the site was shallow and it affected the mc more the the others..i ran 4@38 early this year behind one, that's about my tourney average. i wont go on keep this fire burning. heck, i think they look awesome, and overall ski pretty decent. but it was a site to see for sure..
  21. sorry horton, i didnt see your post,3 big dawgers almost in a row. the most famous big dawg was driving. i'm not bashing mc in particular, but i've been skiing a long ass time and it was unbelievable.
  22. i'm not talking about your 197...i'm talking about the one at scr... ...it was shocking..if you weren't there than how would you know, i'm glad to hear your 197 is so awesome
