  1. @Skoot1123 NO, I’m assuming you’re being sarcastic and you actually know the answer.
  2. @klindy That’s what I said. It is not a record! But all our resources that would justify a record is still used and verified in a run off it just doesn’t count as a record. I believe Roger said that boat path would not be reviewed in a runoff which is wrong.
  3. I’m pretty sure there would have been a boat path review at Worlds and the Malibu Open since we are operating under Sure Path. Everything has to be legit it just doesn’t qualify for a record.
  4. @MISkier Nautique Hydrogate & MicroTuners – 2019 & Later The Nautique Hydrogate has 11 settings (Zero to Ten – inclusive). • Slalom: The gate will remain in the slalom mode. Microtuners - There will be NO RE-RIDES for a setting different than requested, as long as the adjustment for the line length is within the Matrix provided by the company. If a rope length is selected that changes the MicroTuner setting (for example the proper rope length should have had the MicroTuners deployed and the chosen length did not deploy them), then a reride will be allowed. If a complete pass was made, there will be no reride.
  5. Just a FYI about Micro Tuners, they are either up (fully retracted ) or down ( fully down ) there is no between. I’m pretty sure most skiers on this forum are aware of that.
  6. The key phrase is “Within the Matrix” This is how the boat was tested and approved by AWSA. No different then a skier asking for a different Hydrogate position in Slalom, not allowed. As a driver, pulling a skier at 55k (34mph) once the skier runs 28 off ( Micro Tuners down ) I’m not required to move the line length selection ( 32, 35 etc ) because the Micro Tuners are down for all the line lengths past 28.
  7. @Nashotah Stay on edge and pull through both wakes, keep the handle close to your hip BOOM, problem solved. Moving Micro Tuners to 28 off while at 22 off is not legal in tournaments
  8. Just want to see what Go Pro looks like at the different line lengths without any editing
  9. @Horton maybe we can get Horton to put his Go Pro on his Ski Doc and show us what it looks like for 22 through 39. If it looks decent I would buy one.
  10. @lpskier How old is the boat cover? Yes totally agree, about the carpet. I love my SeaDek. In a Florida downpour the boat can be completely dry in a couple hours sitting in the sun. I don’t think skiers realize how nasty and disgusting carpet is until they have a boat without carpet.
  11. Buy a cover from Skip Dunlap. Best cover on the market at a super price
  12. @Ali yes but should you be skiing for Scotland (if they had a team ). ?
  13. @jjackkrash If a human can drive single digits and we can, I’m sure a computer can. The problem might be the computer would be to tight.
  14. Weird how many of these skiers live, train, own homes, and work in the US but ski for a different country. I would also bet some of these skiers have not set foot in the country their skiing for in years. Doesn’t matter to me, just seems strange.
  15. @BraceMaker lol, I was going to use the same analogy. I’m all about leaving things the way they are. It would be interesting to know what Nate and other pro skiers practice scores are at 43.
  16. Changing the slalom course measurements would be terrible. I would need 4 courses adjusted and surveyed. Think how many courses there are in the world. Maybe the handle length is adjusted to the skiers height or reach?
  17. If sponsored you make money every time you break a record so what sense would it make to blow the record out of the water? A smart, consistent, very confident skier will chip away at the record a quarter buoy at a time. If you had a close competitor that might break your record that’s a different story but he doesn’t.
  18. Jacinta Carroll is on the running order for the Holy Cow Cup at Fluid this weekend so she must be in the country.
  19. Becky pulled him 3@43 in practice a week or so ago with good Sure Path numbers.
  20. Also if for some reason I pulled a little to long to a buoy I sure don’t want a + number.
  21. @Horton maybe there needs to be a BOS calendar. I would buy 3 every year.
