  1. I love my platinum...!st ski in a loooonnnnggggg time that is a favorite!
  2. as bindings, hardshells, improve and are more comfortable/warm, how far off in time are releases and shells more like the snow industry?
  3. This sport is full of all income demographics....a lot of skiers have planes, so likely there will be buyers
  4. I have tried the Miami nautique gloves, black /colorful gloves...they are in between the yellow and pink in terms of material and have a really nice feel and grip.
  5. in most cases, I have found it's our bodies being stiff/tight in colder conditions that make the difference...some skis are sensitive to cold and may need "something". for me, I warm up longer when it's chilly.....had a nice conversation with @twhisper about this topic.
  6. @"Pat M" I think it's very different. However I started w more aggressive #'s than @ozski and just learned to ride it that way.....I have not moved the fin and hope to not have to as we approach mid summer water temps. the kd like direction and rewards you for it and is forgiving when in trouble. point the ski and go..be ready!!! cuz it's gonna go!!!! btw we were both on nano 1xt's...@ozski is left foot forward and I'm right foot forward. plus, Terry is awesome! @twhisper
  7. I can honestly say, the stick I'm riding is the best ski for me I've ever had!!!!! @ozski @twhisper
  8. @skimtb also greater Miami ski club is 45 min south of boca..pm me if you'd like..we also have coaching if someone would like
  9. @ozski wonder who that is.....hmmmmmm
  10. @klindy OOPs...1.125 and 1.183...at least someone read it..lol
  11. it's personal preference, I use 2 alternating them, a 13" 1.25 and a 13" 1.83
  12. never got to see a full pass and when it was close it froze regardless of device
  13. @Wish have him get a new release..the spring should be changed every year or 18 months at most. Miami nautique has them in stock as I just changed from a 500 to a 750...make sure you order/get the correct one.
  14. @customski in the top video, he also gives up and doesn't ski towards 3 ball/1st white water. gate is also narrow causing him to to 1 ball instead out and by 1 ball=tip rise. work on the gate!! up on the boat w more speed and allow the ski to cast out to 1 ball.
  15. @"Pat M" water is 70 but I lose the feeling in my fingers after 6 passes if the air is 71 or under..Raynaud's syndrome unfortuantely
  16. do the winter hand warmers work when wet?
  17. I like seeing the whole 10 year age group globally and where we all stack up
  18. @Dacon62 proper cross training and stretching the muscles of cause, not necessarily pain area, and it will go away
  19. @lpskier they are for the world standing for senior worlds.
