there's a lot of circumstances that come into play on the preventive surgery side. depending on how close it is to rupture is big factor.
after having been to regionals and nationals this year, as well as quite a few florida tournaments, I'd say the younger/kid population of skiers is growing quite a bit at the tournament side...really nice to see!
