    @ForrestGump I think the important things to tell them are 1.)The_ MS always let me drink his booze and use his hot tub, no questions. 2.) My ability to teach you and your kids depends on your ability to be taught to drive along with your availability to drive. 3.) The_MS paid for all my sets and gear every year. 4.) The_MS did all my yard work so I could focus on skiing Basically The_MS was a great neighbor FL will be lucky to have them.

    @Horton come up and visit Fri nite, you can help me break in my new neighbors by letting them find me sloshed in @The_MS old hot tub on their first morning.

    Due to the fact that MS is leaving me high and dry in MN for FL I am opening up the bidding for his Nano. Now it must be a pretty good arrow and if a better Indian got a hold of it I’m sure it could sail through a -39 pretty easily. Highest bidder gets the ski and any other goods I can lift from his garage while “helping him pack” Bidding opens at a bottle of Beam Black. Bidding closes at midnight 7-15.

    Folks, I’m glad you mentioned the spring corroding. The spring is a stainless steel spring. That shouldn’t happen. Having said that it’s likely the chemical reaction between stainless and aluminum. We will find a new solution. Having said that, I am running an original version from 2014 and haven’t had this issue. Regardless, if there is a better solution we need to find one Cody

The neighborhood is made up of great people, everything in the community is well maintained and first class. We are really going to miss it but opportunities change and we have one worth taking. Cody

    We leave about 3.5-4 prairie, got a 10 yr old on a zero turn that can knock the yard work out in under 2 hrs a week
