  1. Thanks for the info...I'll pass it along.
  2. I have a buddy heading to Palm Springs to teach tennis for a few weeks...anyone know of any skiing in that area? The season here in VT is rapidly coming to an end so he's desperately hoping to extend it a little while in CA. THANKS!
  3. Not to change the subject but curious, anyone tried the XTW yet? Loved my old fat boy.
  4. I'll post a pic if it ever stops raining here.
  5. No strainers, no gear reduction and still back up drivers side.
  6. Just picked up my 2015...new motor/tranny is awesome. So quiet and smooth!
  7. Did you heat/form the liner?
  8. Ditto on the Reflex. Just put my 10 yr old in one from a Radar. He's loving it...upped his PB on 2nd set as well

Royal purple from Amazon...free freight if you're Prime.
  10. Out of curiosity...anyone feeling the need for a booster in the TXi's? Or did the upgrades over the LXi solve those issues.

Ditto on the Mobil 1 15W50 at Walmart...
  12. Thats exactly where he's at...i'm ordering today...Thanks again
  13. Hey just wondering if any of you have your kids in Reflex bindings and how they're working for them. My 10 yr old had his first ankle sprain yesterday...the kind that made me convert to the Reflex...I know they're expensive but from my own experience they've been well worth if for the safety factor. Thanks,
  14. Those racks...,agreed. MC does look roomier in pics but hard to tell. Doesn't seem like much storage in the MC...No trunk etc. Wakes too close to call? Thanks again for any input...got to decide in the next 24/48 or the summer will be gone here in VT
  15. Just sold our 08 197 and looking for a replacement ASAP. Narrowed it down to either a TXi or the new Prostar. Been behind the Txi a few times but never the prostar...any thoughts? Skiability, Driveability, Roominess? Most interested in slower speed wakes for my kids...9yr old running the course at 23 and up while the 7yr old just starting on the slalom...not too concerned about his wakes in the teens but it wont be long till he starts increasing speeds. Thanks!
  16. Been using 1/4" flexible rope for years here in VT...super durable and easy to use...we have some sections on their 5th or 6th season. our lake level tends to fluctuate so bungee is a must. www.proflexmfg.com
  17. Not sure if this sort of thing is frowned upon here or not but...just listed this on Ski it Again. It's in great shape...maybe 6 - 10 sets..if anyone's looking for a killer deal let me know. http://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?topic=Search&category=Slalom&postid=25613 Thanks,
  18. We've found infatables (S1) to be super durable but they do fade a bit...yellow worse than green. Also the beaver seem to eat the Spongex here in VT.
  19. Deeper and shorter sounds cool....Tourney tomorrow but given my recent inconsistent skiing might give it a try...cant say its doing anything badly with current settings but a little fast into the buoy with maybe a little too much bite at the finish. thanks again for he help.
