  1. When I was very young my uncle used to determine which foot people were dominant with by having them stand feet together with their eys shut and from behind with out them knowing push them. Which ever foot they moved to catch themselves with was the one he had them put in the front binding. I have continued that and it seems to work pretty good I have two daughters who are regular and one who is goofy like me. The majority of people who I ahve done this with are regular.
  2. I was at 197lbs a year and a half ago and some friends (LOL) talked me into doing Ironman St George. I cut out all soda and worked out 6 days a week for a rediculous amounts of time and watched what I ate. I am now 169 but raced at 161 and now am trying to put a little wieght back on but all the training keeps me in the 160s. I could eat anything I wanted right now but am pretty close to a paleo diet. The best thing I did was purchase a blend-tec blender and I have a tons smoothie type drinks with protein and vegies.
  3. Ok I am going to be getting a new ski this year. I am 48 yrs old running 34 mph and will consistently run into 28 off and can get inot 32 off on a good day. I am currently on a KD7000 with the brake removed. I ahve skied this ski for 14 or 15 years. I am looking to get something new with boots even though they scare me a bit and have not researched them as of yet. I ma torn between the HO S2 and the A3 as the front runners. I am a neutral to front skier as I grew up sking skis that you really needed to stomp on the front to slow down. That is why I have pulled the brake off of the fin on the KD it just stopped to fast and threw me out of position. The thing on the S2 that concerns me is that they made no changes to it but the A3 is a totally new ski and I am guessing that the S2 will get a makeover next year and I will be disapointed with not waiting.
