Turn and Burn Format

The "Turn and Burn" format was discussed on several forums back in the fall and I promised that I would draft a template that a tournament host could use to make a request to the AWSA Rules Committee. We need to have as many tournaments as possible (from all 5 regions) make this request in order for the Rules Committte to take it seriously. There are many skiers I've spoken to that support the use of this as an option for the LOC.
