Baller thager Posted February 10, 2013 Baller Share Posted February 10, 2013 Thomas Wayne is in Alaska. Saw a teal/white 90ish Mastercraft going to Wasilla when I was there in July. Whose is that?

Baller JC McCavit Posted February 11, 2013 Baller Share Posted February 11, 2013 @501Brandon - Let me know when you plan to be in the area. There are more tournament ski boats in the Matanuska Susitna Valley where Wasilla is located than you would imagine 20 - 30 or more. Many blue Mastercrafts from 90's. Only a handful are used for course skiing. What level of skier are you? There are two ZO Nautiques in the group I ski with. 2008 196 & 2010 200. 501Brandon
Thanks JC... I will arrive 23may and be staying with some friends there in Wasilla for a few days before heading to the Peninsula. At the end of the year I was hittin a -32 every now and then. Had a mid season injury kinda set me back a little. Thanks for the feedback and will stay in touch if thats ok...

Baller Killer Posted May 17, 2013 Baller Share Posted May 17, 2013 yep sproat lake is Vancouver Island.. I love these out there places to ski, and have skied on cowichan lake just south of sproat.. Its somewhat remote, but it actually never freezes & the island has the mildlest climate in Canada. nothing like Alaska or the BC interior :)
Baller JC McCavit Posted May 17, 2013 Baller Share Posted May 17, 2013 @501Brandon - We are having the coldest spring on record. The lakes are just beginning to break up. We'll be in drysuits for a while. If the weather improves look me up and I will show you TW's site on Kings Lake.
