If I counted correctly; 39 was run 15 times by 13 different individuals. That is amazing competition.

Interesting comment last night, in 2004, they were counting the number of 38's, 15-20 or close to it.

 

This year there were 55+ 38's run and the 15 39's.

 

 

On another note, tournament skiing is going strong. Even with the two announcers we've got ;)

Looking at the scores in the finals bracket is just plain amazing! Hats off to all of the Big Dawg skiers -- the scores you put up (consistently!) are truly unbelievable.

When guys are getting eliminated skiing one or two at 41, you know what kind of skiing is going down. For example, it looked like Chet had a tie at 2 at 41 but he must have been second off the dock, so he gets eliminated. I can't fathom skiing 2 at 41, much less skiing that score and losing!

I second the comments from @acmx. Good guy, puts a lot of effort into his training, loves the sport. Congrats Kyle on 4th. I've always felt Kyle would do well in a head to head format.
