Baller Andre Posted July 25, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 25, 2015 Congrats! The dog look very proud of you! My ski finish in 16.95 but my ass is out of tolerance!
Baller TWB Posted July 25, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 25, 2015 Great news @LZywicki1 . Thanks for personally delivering my handle after my rookie tournament mistake leaving it behind last week.
Baller_ MISkier Posted July 26, 2015 Baller_ Share Posted July 26, 2015 @LZywicki1, you skied very well at the finals on Friday. You will be advancing beyond the Novice class very soon. The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.
Baller LZywicki1 Posted July 26, 2015 Author Baller Share Posted July 26, 2015 @Andre That's Buddy. I got him after my acident last year. @MISkier Thanks, always nice to meet another Baller. Hope we have a better chance to talk at the tournament at Tivoli. That second round came up quick, barely caught my breath before jumping back in. @TWB Didn't quite get that full pass at 15@34.2, but came close. Baller RAWSki Posted July 27, 2015 Baller Share Posted July 27, 2015 Great job Larry you are improving every time I see you ski and a big shout out to the rest of the MI Novice group!
Baller LZywicki1 Posted August 30, 2015 Author Baller Share Posted August 30, 2015 Had a great time at Tivoli Gardens yesterday, (even with a set in the rain), the last stop of the Michigan Ability series. Some how ended up in second place in Division A. Next question is what kind of trouble did I get myself into by entering a record tournament next weekend. I have not been able to run a complete pass 15@34.2. I have run it in practice about 80% of the time and when I've shortened the rope 22, made it about 3 out 5 attempts. Baller LeonL Posted August 30, 2015 Baller Share Posted August 30, 2015 @MISkier really there is no "relationship with your birthday and Nationals". The division that you ski in is determined by the age you are on Jan 1. You go into new divisions at the first tournament of the new ski year. Ski year 2016 begins begins immediately after 2015 Nationals.
