Baller SkiJay Posted November 5, 2015 Baller Share Posted November 5, 2015 For what it's worth, the R-45 Rockerblock is a worthwhile tool. It's now standard on the Helix suggesting it's probably worthwhile on the older Helix and Fusion. I have the whole set of Rockerblocks and found the R-45 added just the right amount of nimbleness to my last Quest 45. I liked it a LOT on the Quest.
