Was going to "Dislike" but that wouldn't be fair to @Wish.

 

Edit: Just noticed it's specifically the Federation and not USAWS governing body. Not sure I even have an opinion on that.

I think this is great and look forward to being part of this. Embracing all towed water-sports is critical and what we need to do for growth.

I was perusing the posts on public courses and the undercurrent of like no time spent in analysis of the state regulations from USAWS. Then this post- I wonder how many hours and meetings went into that brand and logo 'strategy'. I hope their strategy includes interacting to keep both sports active on public waterways.

It's the right thing to do. We all need to embrace each other, it's stupid not to. The us versus them mentality gets everyone nowhere.

 

Today I had 3 guys slalom, 5 people wakeboard, 1 wakesurf, 1 wakeskate, and 1 barefoot. And they all were pumped on what each other were doing. It's the only way! Instead of scrapping for a little piece of pie, let's make a bigger pie.
