I needed an Animal heal rubber because I messed one up modifying it, and the boot is otherwise new. I call HO, get a human on the phone immediately, Austin had the part in stock and I had it the next day. It seems that this level of service is rare these days and I really appreciate it HO!

I sent an email this morning about a replacement part. @savaiusini responded very promptly. I received an additional email early this afternoon telling me the part had been shipped out.

HO's always been great to me. A while back looking for new heel rubber for an old pair of Ninety-Eights on a CDX1 I called them and they sent me new heel rubber with pull handles - far better than the original with finger holes, no charge. Their only request was that I make a $5 charitable donation. I donated $20 to St Judes in HO's name. Also my daughters A2 needed a new Syndicate lion head and they sent replacement(s) immediately. Great folks.
