I just upgraded my PP to stargazer. What position on the boat are most of you mapping the course from through the gates? PP 2012 video says middle of boat which is how I did it on my old Supra. The 2019 online manual says back of the boat. Does it make a difference? Thanks.
I think you would be fine on the carbon omni and probably not even notice the difference. It is the same shape as the syndicate with a different core and a different bottom skin. Just get the right size for your weight. I am 5.6 155lbs on a 65 syndicate omni. My ski bud is 5.11 180lbs on a 67 carbon omni and he loves it for skiing the course.
Wet stain with dawn and warm water. Cover spot with clean wet rag and iron rag with hot iron. It will draw stain up into rag. It might take a few times and a few rags. Plenty of videos on youtube using iron and different solutions. Iron is the key.
@Ufda Good price on a 2000 Nautique $13,500 in Montana no hours on listing and maybe too far for you to travel. https://missoula.craigslist.org/boa/d/missoula-2000-correct-craft-ski-nautique/7287366229.html
I had the same issue when I mounted my radar vapor bindings to my HO omni. I used a drill bit that was a little wider then the slot at the spot I needed the screw to go.
Wow is right! @markn My ski partner had an issue with his ski last week. Emailed @savaiusini and he already received a new ski. Top of the line customer service for sure.
I sold my 96 supra and very many items on craigslist. "If you see this ad its still available, low ballers and scammers will be ignored" Those people used to tick me off. Now I laugh and just delete their emails.
Ski gets wiped down liners removed lay upside down on a pair of sawhorses in garage till dry. Stored in closet upstairs in winter. 4 years old and no problems. When I put liners back I make sure I put all pressure on tongue and barely touch rear rubber with liner.
