  1. Aligning boot ( LFF ) by inside shims Before: After:
  2. In general: Since I am mot getting younger anymore I wish to hear in the future about Denali Wideride 🤩
  3. This warmup is before skiing or instead of skiing? 😉
  4. Thank you! Is there any video?
  5. Since I torn rorator cuff I can not go one hand. I am modest 18m skier. Question: is there any tutorial or video lesson how to ski two hands on? Thanks!
  6. I almost restored my knees practicing four simple decompression exercises. At least knees are much better than 20 years ago (no kidding). Example is here (language in not important): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8D77Hd1v74&t=325s
  7. When I was born my weight was few kilos, since then I am gaining and gaining and gaining.....
  8. IMO Looks like the Tower of Babel. Built without central idea, but with many little situational changes.
  9. Water 8C/Air 10C.O'Neil Neo rulez!
  10. Union is surprisingly good. Perhaps it is one of the most underestimated skis from top makers. Easy to turn and easy to ride.
  11. Neither pro or contra. If anyone thinks that helmet helps he should wear it in order to stay in the individual comfort zone.Just one remark: mother nature during past dozens of millions years of evolution developed the perfect protection for such important part of living creature called brain. It is our scull - device with hard shell and suspention incide ))Moreover the brain itself has integrated systems for impact protection. These constructions passed through mega billions numbers of safety tests and proved their effisiency. Not always interference into the perfectly working system makes it better.;)
  12. I have one. I got it for colder days in ordet to adjust it for neo sock. IMO footbed material does not have enough grip. Both for bare foot and neo sock.
  13. Is there reliable online shop in Europe where I can purchase this boot? Thanks.
  14. @DW Good question. It is always difficult to verbalize feelings and sensations. Will try. 1. With laced Animals you always choose either to tighten laces and endanger your Achilles tendon or leave laces loose and decrease heel hold. With replaced overlay you have both good hold and reliable release in OTF. 2. Wileys overlay gives a bit more forward lean stance. Which is IMO not bad. 3. Overal feeling - foot is more pressed to sole and the whole lower leg is in contact with every part of the boot. Never felt in before - as if I am more coordinated with ski/boot system.
  15. @skialex Wiley's certainly has a piece of magic. I replaced laced overlay on previous HO Animals with full rubber overlay made by Wiley's and improvement was soooo dramatical.
  16. @BraceMaker if my memory does not fails me HO EXO has spring loaded lever type mechanics on the back of the bar - very similar to alpine heel piece. And on the front of the bar it has passively releasing tenon groove type connection. It was a good try. First attempt to get closer to DIN.
  17. It is a carving ski. One does not need to "turn" it, but have to create situation when ski turns itself. Same as alpine ski, imho.
  18. Love IPA. As dense and clouded as possible.
  19. Cool! Real steampunk! Cthulhu (on the background at at the first pic) is watching you!
  20. Sure in their top secret lab, these smart guys are working on front release unit instead of horseshoe. Impatiently waiting ))
  21. Would it be advisable for modest 15-off skier to switch to this boot from rubber Animal ? Or it is too much for this level?
  22. "For 2022 it’s also offered in a Wide Edition, providing additional lift for easier getups and stable turns." From here: https://www.perfski.com/ski/slaloms/slalom-skis/ho-2022-carbon-omni.html
