  1. I have been using babes for 7 years and really happy with the product.
  2. @aupatking That new boot system looks great. Interested to hear the feedback. Love my reflex but thinking about handing it down to my son for this one.
  3. Dam right. Season starts at ice out and it is early this year. Yipee
  4. @Horton Got it thanks. Guess that's why I paid $50 for this 1 off hat
  5. Ooo This is nice. I ordered one but it claims 4 weeks for delivery. Wow.
  6. You won't regret getting into the new prostar.
  7. Scott-you are a MasterCraft guy now. It is the "correct" direction. I do like it because if I am in the boat alone I park at docks so easy because everything happens on the driver side on the MC.
  8. Sweet boat. I always wanted one of these but at this time period in my life other things took priority. This one will sell no problem. What's next
  9. Just a heads up that new Radar system is something to consider. The binding looks shared but their boot and liner look really nice. They might have more sizing options too.
  10. That's funny. Our dog goes crazy if we sit too long with a skier in the water. She will swim out and see what's up. Kind of cute and mostly annoying.
  11. Liza. Her favorite thing at the lake is pontoon rides and chasing pan fish minnows on the shore.
  12. Scott-proves that even at early age females prefer an open bow. :) Guys I went for my first swim yesterday. Well it was a dive in and get the heck out. We have about 20 ft thawed ok our shore.
  13. Sorry for the thread jack but please let me know why you switched to intuition liners? I just have the stock one
  14. I am 13 in most shoes and their largest size worked for me. I love this system. I am also running about 210 avg during the season. Maybe a little more after rib night or fish frys in cabin country WI. Ha ha
  15. Great choice. Check out this link. The rhino grips or the cargomax look interesting for possibilities http://ranger.polaris.com/en-us/shop/accessories/racks-storage/
  16. Great exercises and like most everyone has said form is everything. I will see this season if this type of training helps my skiing (I am very optimistic it will) The best book I have ever read has been Becoming a Supple Leopard. It is a big text book style but I have lifted and trained all my life and this author taught me so much I wish I had learned at an early age. It is also a must read in my opinion for CrossFit athletes.
  17. SWC5150 - it was available on the 2016 to my knowledge.
  18. Wow-that is awesome. Real time is amazing. I have seen his slow mo many times.
  19. The oil discussion is a long one. Speaking from experience in a similar industry, OE spec a certain oil because they are trying to limit all the variables in validation. It is not feasible (time and cost) to test all oils in the market. It is less about profitability in oil sales.

  21. The whole break in thing is a bunch of BS. I am an engineer at a Powersports company. Drive it like you would normally do-like skiing. The only thing you shouldn't do is take your boat and run miles at WOT or hold a single position for too long in the first 10hrs. They need to spell it out for the lowest common denominator. Don't worry about it. I would defiantly use the oil they perscribe and the filter. Don't mess with this. Their recommendation is from their experience in validation. BTW. The serviceability on this new Ilmor package is just awesome.
  22. I love this conversation. I think this is at least one of my many problems (trying to be smooth) I will throw another one out there that I think is my root cause. I think I have admit I am scared of the wake. I may not think it in my head, but my reaction on films show it. Prior to me getting a legit skiboat I was free skiing regularly behind a cross over MasterCraft with a hard and tall wake for skiing. I know I have developed bad habits from this wake because of some nasty falls. Its getting better each season but I know if I could just pull through the wakes I would be a better course skier. Anyways, how does a guy get rid of the hesitation to pull through the wake?
